It was the beginning of May, May 3rd, Alex's 16th birthday. Alex decided to go to the mall with one of his friends, Elijah. "I forgot to get you a birthday present" Eli says, Alex gasped dramatically "how DARE you!" "How about you go get something to eat and I'll go get you a gift" Eli responded, Alex agrees with them. They both went in opposite directions. 25 minutes later Eli came back with a gift for Alex. It was a lego set. "Happy birthday!" Eli gave him the legos and Alex smiled, "thanks Eli" he said "no problem, did you get the food?" "Yep" says Alex, they walk back to leave the mall. Alex accidentally bumps shoulders with someone. "sorry" Alex says, slightly embarrassed "it's ok!" He looks familiar Alex thought "I'm Noah" "nice to meet you?" Says Alex, they continue walking to the exit.
Alex lives pretty close to the mall so they walked back to Alex's house. "Hey that guy I bumped into looked kinda familiar" Alex says to Eli "maybe we go to the same school" Eli responded "yeah maybe.." Says Alex, they continued walking to Alex's house.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Once they got there they flopped onto Alex's bed and turned on the TV. Nothing interesting was on so they decided to watch a movie. "I'll make popcorn" Alex said, Eli gave him a thumbs up "ok!" they said.
