"Hey Mel!!, you can stay here" I heard Bella saying as I almost walked pass her room at the dorm. Bella Jones is Veidas close friend.
"Oh, thanks Bella" I said packing my bags into her room. I am not really close to Bella but it turns out that I have to know more about her if we are going to be roommates.
" how was Atlanta?, I heard you travelled there" she asked as other girls from other rooms came in disenabling me to answer bellas question. Most of us are in GCSE class apart from Bella.
"Yay!! You're in my room" Jane yelled, she looks like she has eaten the whole world. Veida and Ruth jumped on my already laid bed.
"Shit!, you guys..you just freaking scattered my bed" but they just kept on laughing and ignoring what I just said. An outsider will probably get angry if this was done to them but I'll have to calm down because they are my friends and I'll have to accept them the way they are and besides I can be annoying too most times.
"Just forget it mel, you know they won't listen" Bella said as she paints her nails. Bella is a pretty light skinned short girl.
"So who has met Jayven Carlson?" I asked even if I know they would have met him.
"We all have met him mel" veida said as she went to shut the door.
"Okay jayven came....."
"OMG!! Guys I think jayven likes me..he winked at me yesterday and said I am really pretty" Bella said interrupting me as I was about telling them that I spoke to jayven for a while and he couldn't take his eyes off me but what am I thinking, Jayven can't like me..what am I? , the finest girl in the school or what??!!
"Really!!; wow that's so cool" I said.
"Hmm, go get your man Bel" Jane said.
"Oh sorry mel, you were saying something" Bella said
"Never mind guys, it doesn't matter anymore".

"Jane, I need to talk to you about something" I said interrupting our reading for biology test. I and jane are the only ones in the room so I could talk to her about anything.
"Sure Mel, that's why we friends" she sits up from the lying down position she is in.
"Do you think jayven likes Bella?"
"Wooo..someone likes jayven ??" She asked in a teasing manner
"C'mon Jane, I'm serious here" I said with a face that showed I could blow her teeth off anytime.
"Calm down girl, I don't know if he really likes her but they walk together a lot and heyy!! what's gonna happen to Tyler Wallen?"
"Jane, Tyler dosent even know I like him, we are just best friends but there is something in those green eyes of jayven....I mean the way he looked at me, it was like love at first sight"
"Get over it Mel!! You just came yesterday and please be careful ,jayven is a big flirt and don't think about him liking Bella because you're also smart, funny and a good singer*winks*"..To me, Bella Jones is smarter, beautiful and has nice hair.
" sure Jane, sure" I replied like we should just end this conversation.
" can you please explain coordination" she asked teasingly like she's trying to prove am actually smart.
"Just read your book Jane" I said with a fake laughter.
" have u heard from Eric James" veida asked as she walked in. That question hits me hard on the head as I remember my last conversation with Eric.
"Yea I have" I said shaking.. What is wrong with me, put yourself together.
" humm, are you okay Mel?" Jane asked.
*Ring. Ring*
"Hello who is this ?"
"Hmm this is jayven"
"Drake gave you my number hun?"
" Yea!! I asked for it"
" so..what's up?"
" nothing much, I just wanted to ask if you're coming to school tomorrow"
"Why?"
"I have something to tell you"
What on earth does flirty jayven want to tell me.
"Yes Jayven, I am coming to school tomorrow"

"Woww, Jayven just called you?" Jane said shouting because Veida isnt in the room anymore. I don't want anyone to know I like jayven Carlson.
"Keep it down Jane.. He just said he has something to tell me*sigh*"
" he might actually like melody you know but that would be too forward of him" she said grinning..
"Shut up jane, I don't even want to get into any relationship for now and he better says something sensible tomorrow or am going to shove his face off"

Chemistry class is finally over. "Gosh I can't wait to eat lunch" I said to Jane as we walk towards the cafeteria.
"I know right, I am so hungry" Jane said as she brought out her credit card.
"Mel aren't u suppose to go and ask Jayven what he wants to tell you?"
Just as am about replying with a "no", I see jayven with his friends laughing really hard. It looks like Sean is supplying the jokes.
"Oh, hi Mel!!" Jayven shouted as we walks towards me.
"Hi Jayven, I see you're having a good time with your friends so maybe later..*ouch*...Jane stepped on my foot.."I mean say what you want to say jay".
"Hey Bella" jayven said as Bella walked passed us and he's still looking at her, ignoring the fact that am still standing at his freaking front. A part of me just wants to slap him and say helllloo am still here.

"Oh, am so sorry..Jane can you excuse us" jayven said.
"Oh yeah sorry!!, Mel I'll be in the cafeteria with Sean and drake if you need me" she said walking backwards. What a friend.
"So what do you have to say jayven?"
My palm is sweaty and my legs are shaking.I don't know if its because am hungry or because jayven is looking directly at me.
