I'm so tired. All I've been doing recently is working and i need a break, a detox. *Ring* Its Rachel. "What."
"Listen Mads, im sorry i just wanted to get even with you i was gonna over you a change i s wear. " Rachel sounds pathetic. "Just leave me alone. I'm done being friends with you. " *Beep* I hung up the phone. I think I'll go for a run. Maybe get a smoothie.

Alainas POV

Well since shes going out i guess ill go grab coffee. Or wait- did ahe keave her door unlocked..? What person leaves their door unlocked in a city. Anybody could break in. I walk in after making sure there was no cameras. It smells like cinnamon and laundry. I walk over to her bed and loom at her laptop. I make sure theres no tracker on it and put it in my bag. I open her safe and take just a bracelet and leave. I had to make it look like theft. Let's go home and see whats on this Laptop.

Maddys POV

Well as fun as the run was i have to go home. I dont understand why i torture myself with running, ive never liked it. Shit, did i leave my door unlocked? I walk in and everything seems normal except my safe... My moms bracelet is gone. But the money is still here? Thats weird. Im just gonna head to bed obviously locking my door first.

Alainas POV

Lets see what we got. Insta, Facebook, and messages. I can work with this i get a message- or she does i guess. Its her boyfriend their meeting up tonight. Maybe i should drop by.

I walk in and this place is big, but i see them or him i should say. The question is do i act now or later. Now. I walk over to him, "hey theres something wrong with my car can you help me?" I ask in the most distressed voice i could. "Oh yeah, of course." He says. "okay yeah thanks- follow me." He does. I bring him back to my car and as he leans down. I hit him with a bat.

What have i done. Hes laying on my basement floor. I can't kill him. What do i do now?
