Ready?

"Grab your shoes and jacket quickly. We need to go somewhere." She said.

"Where are we going?" I asked as I slipped on my shoes and went to get my jacket.

"I'll explain in the car, come on," she replied

I didn't try to argue because it was YG who called, and I knew it was important. I've only met him twice before when I was 8 and first came here, and on my 11th birthday, which made the day significantly worse.

It wasn't like he wasn't nice and all, I just didn't like him. He was nice and friendly indeed, but his aura was just unexplainable weird, and it made me very uncomfortable. It also didn't help how the girls talked about him at home, I lost count on how many times at least 1 of them have come home tired, and complaining about all the stuff he expect from them and want from them.

I mentally rolled my eyes at the thought of him.

We got in the car and quickly drove off. Jennie, who was sitting to my right, pulled out her phone, and and started typing, possibly sending a message to one of the others why and where we were going if they didn't already know.

I tried fishing for my phone in my pocket, but realized a moment later that I forgot it in my room. I mentally rolled my eyes again, how annoying.

"Why do you look so grumpy?" Jennie said with a hint of a laugh in her voice.

"I forgot my phone." I said, rolling my eyes, and she chuckled.

"It won't take long, I promise." She said softly and smiled a little.

"I'm still waiting for an explanation, though." I said.

"Right. So I got a call from YG about you. He wanted to talk to you personally about your reveal, " She said and made hand quotes when saying the word 'reveal'. She continued when I nodded. "I don't know why he wanted it right now, at this hour, because it's quite late," She said as she looked at her phone to check the time. "But anyways, he wanted to talk to you right now, so that's why we're here,"

At that moment, we stopped in front of the big building, and I knew so well.

I sometimes go here after school when I know none of the girls are home and my forgetful self forgets to bring my keyes before going to school.  That's not a rare thing. I usually go to the lobby and buy an oreo milkshake, then to the 13th floor where the female trainees practice rooms are. Then I meet with the only 'friends' I have. I sometimes spend a few hours with 2 girls named Hannah and Thea, Hannah is 2 years older than me, and Thea is only 1.

We met about 2 years ago when I accidentally bumped into Thea in the lobby. It was quite fun, and she introduced me to Hannah the same day. We always enjoy spending some time together in an empty practice room, but we can't really meet outside of YG.

When me and Jennie entered the lobby, it seemed so empty and quit, I looked at the big clock attached to the wall above the merch shop. 9:43 PM. That's probably why. The trainees are on the 13th and 15th floor practicing, and most staff must have gotten home by now.

When Jennie saw me zoning out, she grabbed my arm and dragged me to the elevator, forced me out of my thoughts. She tapped on the '17' button, and the elevator started going up.

"So, what are your thoughts on suddenly the whole world knowing who you are?" I heard her ask

"It's quite fun, actually, but I'm worried too."

"Worried about what?" Everything honestly, everything.

"Mostly my classmates."

"Hmm, why?"

"I don't know how they would react,"

"They won't do something hurtful to you, I promise. We'll be there with you, I promise."

Just then, the elevator door opened, revealing the top floor. We walked out in and immediately went to the big wooden, but modern door, in front of us.

Jennie knocked and opened the door after hearing a man's voice inside. It revealed the beautiful head office of YG.

The walls on the left side of the room were replaced by big windows from where you could see almost the whole city (that's why Jisoo doesn't like being here). There was a desk in the middle of the room, and behind it was a soft chair with a guy in his fifties sitting. On the wall behind the desk was there hanging a big TV, I don't know what he uses that for. In front of the desk were 2 armchairs neatly placed, and a little further away was a soft couch facing the window.

"Take a seat," the guy said. I stopped myself from glaring at him and sent a sweet smile instead.

Me and Jennie sat down on the 2 armchairs and looked at the old man.

And he was looking at me

Shit

"So, Y/n. Are you sure you are ready for this?" He asked unemotionally with a raised eyebrow, making him look creepy.

I nodded my head. "Yes, I

Hey its me 👋

Sorry for letting y'all wait (again)
And I am truely sorry

I feel like that it's a really big responsibility to update more often when there actually are people waiting.

I'll try my best to AT LEAST update every 2 weeks, but as I've said before I am kind of busy these days, but my speedcubing practices isn't going to stop me so I'll try my best to update as often I can.

Anyways, I hope you enjoyed reading this chapter as much as I did writing it 😄

And hopefully, see you soon
