~Y/N's POV~

Me and Luke, my boyfriend of three years were cuddled up on the couch, watching a show. Luke was focused on it, where i wasnt. You see, I overthink, and i was having one of my moments. I untangled myself from him and walked to the kitchen, he followed.

"What's up babe?"

I sigh

"Nothing, just need water"

He nods, sitting me on the kitchen counter as he walks to the fridge

"How's work going?"

He looks at me

"Good, working on a new song, think you'll like it"

I smile

"Cute, what's it called?"

He shakes his head

"Not saying"

I roll my eyes

"Whatever Lucas, now can i have my water?"

He laughs and passes me the bottle, i open it and take a sip. I look at luke and smile, appreciating the fact i fell for someone as amazing as him. We live together, share practically everything and he even sings for me when I'm stressed. But, i don't know how he copes, i overthink, have anxiety and depression..

"Babe, your doing it again"

And i zone out a lot

"Sorry..."

He steps in between my legs

"Something's up, what is it?"

I sigh

"Can i ask you something?"

He nods

"Why do you love me?"

He sighs

"Not this again...You're funny, beautiful, amazing, smart, crazy and you make me happy y/n/n, why...You know why i love you."

I nod, he steps away as i get off the counter, he starts walking to the couch

"Hey lukey? Would you still love me if i was a worm?"

He bursts out laughing

"Girl what the actual fuck..yeah, i guess i would"

I smirk

"How about a snail?"

Luke starts laughing harder, covering his face as he shakes his head

"Babe....You have issues, istg, but yeah, i'd love you no matter what/who you are"

I laugh and jump onto his back

"I'm a snail then"

Luke smirks

"No...your an annoying human being"

I get off him and push him slightly, he falls onto the couch, pulling me so im on top of him.

"Fuck you hemmings"

"Fuck you too y/l/n"

I laugh and lean down, kissing him. He kisses back

God, i love this man
