(AS OF MAY 14TH, 2024, TIS MY DAY OF BIRTH. So have some Lalaloopsy Girls shenanigans, because I'm living in my childhood worlds right now, ft. three silly friends, my crazy little sister, and an OC)

3:05 AM. The sky was dark. Stars still littered the sky. She couldn't sleep. Vi's birthday morning was right around the corner, and here she was, wide awake, 17 years old. Anthony and Taylor, Ryan, and Matthew were already asleep. Vi's buttermilk biscuit fox lay in its bed, curled up and asleep. "God... someone put me to sleep... Please..." Vi thought.

Though she refused to sleep on such an exciting day, she knew the day would wipe her out the second she and Matthew got into Buttonology. Cake-decorating class Vi chewed on her bottom lip and put a sleeping mask over her eyes, trying once more to fall asleep.

...

Morning came. Vi stirred awake, having fallen asleep 1 hour after 3:10. She got out of bed, and her buttermilk biscuit fox instantly sprang out of its bed, going to the shared kitchen to help make breakfast with Crumbs Sugar Cookie's mouse. Vi brushed her teeth and dressed, choosing a knee-length dress with a slightly flared skirt. The fabric was a soft, pastel-colored material with a subtle texture, reminiscent of frosting or cake batter. The dress featured delicate lace detailing along the hem. She wore a waist belt in a contrasting color around her waist, adorned with sweet-themed charms. Vi paired the dress with comfortable yet stylish low-heeled shoes in a coordinating color to keep the outfit school-appropriate. She accessorized with pastry charm bracelets, necklaces, and a few pastry-themed rings.

"Vi, our pets made breakfast!" Crumbs called.

"Okay, just gimme a second!!" Vi called in return.

She turned to the mirror in the bathroom again and began fixing her hair. She brushed it into loose waves and used an electronic hair-braiding tool to braid a few parts of her hair. She also curled chunks of her hair, adding colored hair extensions to the mix. For a final touch, Vi put on light makeup; eye shadow, mascara, and lipstick. She put her glasses on and went to the kitchen, seeing Crumbs at the counter with her mouse. Her short pink hair was wavy like always, and she still wore her pink frilled top, yellow skirt, black bow, and Mary Janes. "Happy birthday, Vi. Are you ready to tackle the day?" she asked.

"Nope. But at the same time, yes," Vi replied.

Crumbs giggled and took a bite of toast before standing, her mouse hopping into her bag. It was time to go. Vi also stood, her fox walking beside her as the two girls exited the dorms. The first class of the day for Vi was star chasing with Taylor Macapagal. Upon entering the class, Taylor turned from his hot-buttered rum parrot, waving to her. His hair was dark brown with light brown streaks. He wore an amber sweater with slim-fit dark gray jeans, and on his feet were leather boots. Over his sweater was a tailored wool coat in a shade of camel. Around his neck was a scarf that was decorated with cinnamon stick pins. Surely, she was surprised Mittens hadn't met him yet. "Hey, Vi! How's it going on this fine day?" he asked.

She wasn't about to yell that today was (as her parents put it) "her day" so she simply responded to her Filipino friend's question. "Not bad, to be honest. I've been horrendously down bad for Sweeney Todd's OST, but it's going nicely," Vi replied.

Taylor blinked, his mind zoning out for some reason. He then came to, seemingly confused. "Uh- Sorry. Fresh from the Philippines here. What's that?" he inquired.

While some people would, Vi wasn't about to get mad at him for not knowing such an amazing play. "Sweeney Todd is a musical thriller about a 19th-century London barber who goes on a murderous rampage. In the past, the evil Judge Turpin framed Todd, known then as Benjamin Barker, and raped his young wife. Todd was unjustly incarcerated in a penal colony for 15 years," Vi explained.
