"Haha! Checkmate!" Taehyung shouted, taking his elephant and moving it diagonally on the black squares.

"Whoa, hey! You just said the elephant goes in an L shape," Jungkook cried, indignantly.

"Baby, baby. The elephant is the most powerful on the board. It can go in the L shape, it can go straight, diagonal. Damn smart animal that can crush anything in its path," Taehyung grins, eyes twinkling as he rests his feet over the teapoy and snatches the television remote. His victory.

Jungkook huffs, "I never understand how to play this shit!"

"Neither do I," Taehyung coughed under his breath just as the door to their home swung open and Jin walked in, looking absolutely miserable.

"Hey, hyung. You're back early. Done stalking Mr. Handsome?" Jungkook asked, scanning the instruction manual of the game, then immediately giving up when he saw the booklet had five whole pages, back and front.

"For the last damn time, I don't stalk him..."

"You admire him," Taehyung completes without looking his way as he switches the channel.

"Exactly. And Kim Taehyung, take your feet off my teapoy!"

Taehyung hurriedly moved his feet, "sorry, hyung."

"What's with the face by the way?" Jungkook asked and Taehyung looked up from the television.

"I... I need help," Seokjin said, after a pause, giving them his best puppy eyes.

The youngest two blink in surprise and turn to look at each other. Then they turn back to Seokjin.

"You need help...?" Taehyung repeats, slowly.

"Also, quit those puppy eyes. You aren't even doing them right. You look like a freaking owl that can't see properly. All that is missing is the damn 'oo' sound to complete the ensemble."

Jin raises a brow, looking unimpressed.

"Fine. I dropped the look. And again, yes I need help. I need it badly."

"I can tell. You never ask us for help," Taehyung comments.

"That's not true—" Jin starts.

"Cleaning the toilet doesn't count," Jungkook huffs, arms folded.

"Alright, alright. I'm desperate, okay?"

"Shoot. What do you need help with?"
