Chapter 5. [ New friendships ] ♡

Most of the volleyball players were tired from all the games they played today, including Kuguri.

He was tired but his senpais (Hiroo, Sakishima and Numai) decided it would be best for him to make new friends.

So he set on a journey to look for people he would like to be friends with. He tried his best to stay awake while walking around the endless halls.

"I can't believe I'm actually doing this" Kuguri mumbled to himself as he walked around the corner, a yawn escaping his mouth.

"At this rate I'll be friends with anyone if it means I get to go back to the dorm and sleep" He thought as he streched his arm above his head.

After a few endless minutes of walking around he finally heard a few noises at one of the other dorm rooms, specifically Nekoma's.

Seeing the door was open for a tiny bit, light shining onto the cold floor of the hallways.

Before he walked towards the slighty opened door, he looked around making sure nobody would see him.

Kuguri knew he shouldn't try and lean on the opened door, since it could open at any time. Still he pressed his weight against it, to make more space for him to see.

He wasn't a big fan of eavesdropping but what else could he do?

"So? What do you two think about him?" Lev asked, laying on his stomach his head in both hands.

"He is really cool! Have you seen his eyes! They look amazing!" Inuoka basically yelled, even tho he was right in front of Lev.

"He seems nice, but his team does scare me a bit.." Shibayama said, with a slighty scared smile.

"I knew you two would like him! I promise he is much nicer than his captain, but maybe his captain is just like that because of some old things that happend in their past" Lev rumbled as he rolled onto his back.

"Who knew we would like someone from Nohebi?" Shibayama laughed, leaning onto a smiling Inuoka.

"Well you two better not say anything to Kuroo-san otherwise there will be a fight again" Lev smiled as he looked up at the ceiling.

"Do you think he-" Shibayama started but stopped once the door made a slighty crack.

The three cats looked at each other before Lev stood up and opened the door, only to find no one there.

Shrugging he closed the door fully. Kuguri was breathing heavily as he leaned onto the wall for support.

"Oh my god.. I nearly heard who they like- wait a second.. they both like the same person and are already dating??" Kuguri thought as he slid down onto the floor.

Thankfully it was dark in the hallway, because he would probably slap himself if he saw how red he was.

Even tho Goshiki played in a lot of matches today, he still decided to stay behind to get some more practice in.

Even tho Semi tried to convince Goshiki to take a break for today, nothing changed the black haired male.

Not even the soreness of his muscles.

He thought since he wanted to be the future Ace, he would need to train a lot more and add a few difficulties.

That's probably the reason he is now staring right at Koganegawa, who just entered the gym he was staying in.

"Oh hey Goshiki! Long time no see! What are you doing here so late?" Koganegawa asked, walking towards a bench.
