Request: Maybe Mia taking care of Char after the bar? Not smutty, but fluffy as hell, with Mia simply making sure Char feels loved and cherished

Charlotte was shattered, heartbroken, and for good reason. How could someone she had trusted for years say something like that? It hurt deeply that Marjorie thought she had any kind of relationship with Mia.

Which she didn't, of course. But Mia had seen through the walls Charlotte built, noticed the slight tremble in her step. Mia, of all people, had noticed her when she needed someone the most. During that time, Charlotte didn' t know what she felt for Mia—whether it was attraction, hope, or love.

Whatever it was, she had clung to it while Marjorie and everyone else were too wrapped up in themselves to notice what was going on with her.

Charlotte had thought she was doing the right thing by helping Marjorie and the others get Mia fired. She really did. She thought it was for the best. But now, the guilt had settled in, and she was overwhelmed by it.

Mia had reassured herself that it was okay, that she was fine, that she was proud of Charlotte for finally growing a backbone and standing up for. And now, she had hit rock bottom and was alone.

She didn't have Marjorie, she didn't have Winter, nor did she have Carly. But if she was honest, there was someone else she didn't have—someone who saw her when she needed it. Mia.

Mia.

She didn't have Mia.

And she was alone, and that shattered her world.

The weight of her loneliness pressed down on Charlotte, making every breath feel labored, every step heavy. She wandered through her apartment, the silence almost deafening. The memories of better times haunted her, echoing through the empty rooms. The laughter she once shared with Marjorie, the camaraderie with Winter, the easygoing banter with Carly—now they were all just ghosts, reminders of a life that seemed so distant.

Charlotte collapsed onto her bed, staring at the ceiling, her thoughts spiraling. She replayed the events that led to this moment, the betrayal she felt from Marjorie's accusation, the guilt of pushing Mia away. It all tangled together, a chaotic mess of emotions she couldn't untangle.

She decided to go for a drink at the bar she had suggested to Mia weeks ago. And there she was, in all her glory, sitting there. With her world shattered and her heart broken, she sat there.

Tear-streaked face, runny nose, and glossy eyes—she noticed the look of empathy from the waiter, and she was a little touched that someone was concerned about her. She had been moping there for so long that she hadn't noticed a certain redhead coming her way.

The moment Charlotte heard "sweetheart," her world suddenly started making sense as she stared up at the redhead who had been gone for weeks. A smile cracked at the corner of her mouth, and she felt whole again.

Mia had been annoyed that Reece had called for her, asked for her help, but for Charlotte? She'd gladly come back for Charlotte. Because for Charlotte, there wasn't a thing Mia wouldn't do.

Her heart broke at the sight of Charlotte at rock bottom. What had happened while she was gone? What had Marjorie done? Why would she say such a stupid thing? Yes, Marjorie and Mia didn't like each other.

In fact, they were always at each other's throats, and it was impossible to tell when one or the other would explode but picking at Charlotte was not something she would stand for. Mia held Charlotte's hands when they trembled, wiped away the tears that fell , and took Charlotte back to her place for the night.

And they talked for hours, and hours and hours on end. And for the first time since Mia had left, Charlotte was able to feel like she was seen, really seen.
