"Ok that makes sense, but couldn't Mikey see the dirty water or something? The clean water and.. unsanitary water looks different enough, so why did Mikey drink it?" Leo says, it doesn't click to him. Why did Mikey drink muddy sewege water even though it looks different. "We've also lived here for our whole lives and we swim in the water time to time, we can mostly swim in it and even drink it. So why now Mikey becomes sick?" Leo asks again.
"We'll only get answer when Mikey wakes up or feels better, that is when Mikey might cooperate much better." Donnie says,while moving his hands. "Sigh, i'll be going to charge my phone. If you gentlemen need me i'll be in my lab." Donnie excuses himself and walks off to the kitchen, Leo scoffs "i'll check if Mikey wants some food". Leo turns down the fire of the stove and heads to Mikey's room.
Mikey is in his shell and covered by several blankets. Leo sees this and sits down on his bed, "Hey Mikey, you wanna eat some soup?" Leo asks in a gentle voice. Mikey groans and pokes his hand out of his shell and dragged the blankets higher to cover his whole shell. "Not hungry" Mikey says in a tired tone. "Ok, but if you want there's soup in the kitchen. Call me when you want some kay?" Leo says politely. Mikey gives a thumbs up under the blankets and goes back to sleep.
Leo exits Mikey's room, he slowly closes the door and quietly walks to his room. He sighs and heads to bed, he checks the time. "5:20. So Mikey will take his medicine after dinner which i assume is around 6-7 pm, I really need to get my brothers into more of a timed dinner schedule an- wait why am I talking like Donnie?" Leo says to himself. "Well I guess we have to put off pizza for some days, not good. But we also have to refill on those bandages come to think of it, i'll go ask April to buy us some when she goes out."
Leo mutters and adds to his notes. As he makes a plan, Leo gets a messege from Usagi. It reads "hope your brother get's better soon<33". Leo smiles and goes back to his note taking before chatting, "thanks Yui" "❤". "Usagi, Karasu-Tengu's looking for you!" Gen shouts, Usagi looks at his back and shouts back, "be there in a minute!". He rushes to put on his sword and accidently slits himself.
"Aii!" Usagi pulls his hand away and looks for a bandaid. He grabs the tiny bandage he luckily bought while he was hanging out with Leo. Usagi puts it an and rushes out of his room. Chizu spots Usagi running down the hallway "Oh Usagi, morning! Come ea-"
"no time to eat Chizu, gotta train right now! See ya at afternoon!" The rabbit cuts Chizu off, "hey don't forget your lunch! You still haven't told us where you've been training!" Gen exclaims. Yuichi does a thumbs up while grabbing the food and slinging the bag over his shoulder, he stuffs the lunchbox inside his bag and rushes out before coming to a full stop by Karasu-Tengu.
"Was I a minute late?" The rabbit asks, worried. "No" Karasu-Tengu says bluntly, which made Usagi sigh in relief, "you were 5 minites late. Much worse" Usagi slumps and quietly said "i should've expected that"
"You should, cause with that attitude you are only going to get worse. You need to get rid of distractions." The bird exclaims. Usagi looks away for a moment, Karasu-Tengu notices this and brings Usagi's attention. "It seems like you know this distraction, now who is it? I won't be mad, no one can be perfect." Usahi looks away for a moment before he sighs, "i made a friend", the bird looks confused. "What about this 'friend'?" She asks.
"well he's a turtle and super nice and makes funny jokes" Usagi says and shrugs his shoulders, "i don't think funny jokes are right in this sense since you laugh at unconventional times". The rabbit got offended, "what do you mean! I don't laugh in bad times!". Karasu-Tengu stares at Usagi, "you laughed at a carrot." She says sharply. "That was a long time ago!" Usagi exclaims, "that was 2 days and 23 minutes currently.". Usagi stays silent, "ok but you hot to admit it was pretty funny."
