The Endless Sections(series,1)

Prologue

A sound of children's laugh can be heard, not far away from where Keitherine is. It seems like they're playing with each other. Their laugh is so soft yet so sweet. Though, their voice are very familiar. Where have I heard it before? Keitherine thought to herself. She opened her eyes and saw the soft yellow skies. She stared at the skies a little while. She didn't even realise she was lying down. The grass was too soft. It's very comfortable to the point that she doesn't even want to get up. Her body felt numb somehow.
She snapped out of it as soon as she heard the children's laugh again. She slowly sat up and saw the sunrise as the light shone to her spot. The sunlight was not too bright and not too hot. It's warm. She looked at her surroundings, hoping to see people, but all that she could see was an endless grass field. When she turned her head to the left, there were two kids playing with each other. One is a girl and the other is a boy. The girl has straight, long white hair. While the boy has short blonde hair. They were playing fighting with a sword that are made out of wood. Watching them somehow makes her smile.

She approached them to ask their name and ask where their parents are since kids shouldn't be out here alone. But, as they turned around to her, she suddenly felt light-headed. There was a sharp pain in her head. She wanted to ignore those, but it's too powerful, and her body was becoming weak. The ringing grew louder in her head. "Miss..? Are you okay..?" asks the little girl. Just right after she spoke, she fell to the ground. She couldn't hear their voice clearly. However, she knows that the girl was panicking and shouting in fear.
Then, the blonde haired boy came. He also seems panicked and worried. Out of nowhere, she hears someone voice, "Wake up." An unfamiliar voice can be heard through her thoughts. Who's voice is that? It sounds like a male about my age. Her vision has already turned completely dark, and all the sound faded away.
