5-Meeting strategy

As she was about to leave makxim holds her left hand and she looks instantly

"Wh...what are you doing?" She asked

"I need water"he made an excuse to which kaira noticed but didn't react

She got the glass filled water and took it near his mouth she could feel the different atmosphere around him his grey eyes were stuck at her face he was really confident she thought

"I'll leave now" she said immediately released her hand from his and moved away

Makxim was restless and confused a bit why was he intrested in her so much is it her bold attitude or it's the way she treats him and cares about him

He saw kaira's back leaving and already imagined something but had to end the thoughts immediately

He has been with several women's but doesn't commit or dated before this night was really going to be tough for him as his thoughts were not clear to himself

As soon as kaira came out of the room she was stunned by the previous action she felt her heart pounding hard that time she checked into makxim's room frequently but he slept after a while because of the effects medicine was doing he woke up around 7am and saw the I.V was removed so just moved out for walk and infront of his room entrance amber and nik were standing
"You two can rest a bit and pack things we are leaving today" said makxim to his bodyguards
He saw kaira working near the reception he moved towards her standing right behind but she didn't notice as she was sleepy she bumped into his strong chest and makxim holds her by the waist immediately

"be careful miss nurse" he uttered softly

"Ummm did I hurt you is your shoulder paining?" Your wife will blame me" she replied

Makxim laugh in his throat and said
In deep voice

"Nothing to worry I am good"

He was still holding her by the waist and mily Eric enters "all good kaira?"
Eric asked makxim saw him and gave a dis satisfying look. which he didn't mind kaira released herself and stood straight

Mily turned towards makxim and said in a series...
"The papers are ready you can leave by 9am but you have to visit for check up once a week until next month and also you shoulder therapy is scheduled next to next week"

"I'll see if I can get checked every week" makxim replied still looking at kaira but she didn't make an eye contact

It was time then to leave for makxim
Kaira was at the reception,he was dress in a grey formal suit which complimented his eyes so well that kaira was awestruck her eyes were fixed on the hot beautiful man whom yesterday she saw so miserable

"Kaira you need to stop" teased mily and she immediately came back to senses and gave mily and annoying look

"Are the papers ready" came a deep voice

"Yes make sure get checked and change your dressing daily" she said

Eric,mily and the two bodyguards were still standing there but makxim and kaira were into a different world

Bilina enters "let's go makxim and thank you kaira you did a lot yesterday I hope to meet you soon"

Kaira was confused by the words of bilina but still nodded in yes

Nik and Amber thanked the staff and was about to move out but kaira called him out
"Uhhh... Yesterday your locket fell" she said

It was a tigers claw shaped white marble pendant with gold lining and gold chain

"Keep it with you, I'll take it on my next visit" makxim said smiling

Kaira was embarrassed and everyone else in the room stared at the seen as if it was a movie

*Two weeks later*

There was no sign of makxim in this two weeks, in the first week he didn't show as he was already in Russia handling the arms business meetings as they were extending it

In the 2nd week he hospital contacted the hospital just of kaira but she didn't talk as she was still confused about the relationship between makxim and bilina

This is the third week and it was friday night she went to the hospital for her shift

Dr.Richard who was the head doctor and also a heart surgeon in the hospital enters

Kaira greeted him "good evening doc
Do you have any surgery today I was not informed"
