Kiss Cam

Decision day

Melody Justin and Felicty didn't come in until lunch time and they all had equipment. I still didn't know who the hell she wanted me to kiss and I hoped it wasn't Samuel because I'm the only one in the group that knew he was still in the closet if you know what I mean. Plus him and Justin are like brothers to me.
At our lunch table Felicty set to fix my makeup and hair while lending me a pair of high heels that I wouldn't ever just wear to school. I mean I might break my neck. The boys tried to work the cameras and I just tried not to freak out.
"Okay so when ever your ready you go straight up to Zane Grey and give him the best smooch of both your lives." She says smiling at me like this was a normal thing to say.
My sweaty hands are locking and unlocking each other while I shift uncomfortably and glare at Mel.
"Your joking right?" I ask again. I look around at our other friends and some look shocked, some looked sympathetic, and some look excited.
"Come on Mel don't make her do that. I wouldn't force my worse enemy to do that." Sammy says.
"Why it's not like he's a nerd or something, he's the hottest guy in school!"
"And the meanest!" I whine. "He's the one who put the worm on my arm in kindergarten." She huffs and rolls her eyes.
"That was 12 years ago!"
"But I still have nightmares!" I yell. People at the other tables turn and give us funny looks.
"Melody please I'll do anything else. Anything!"
"Nope if you really want to graduate highschool with that A in Mr. Mars class you need to do this!"
"Felicity talk some sense into your crazy sister!" I all but scream at her.
"Oh come on stop being so dramatic!" Melody says.
"And it's not like he won't like it everyone can see the way he looks at you." Felicity says dryly.
"Not this shit again." I mutters then louder "I already told you guys HE DOESNT LIKE ME!"
"Look you do the dare or you don't, I just thought you actually had a pair."
So that was how I ended up where I am right now kissing the boy I've kinda been crushing on and things so far are not going well. I pray he starts to respond before I die of embarrassment.
Then suddenly his hands are around me and he's kissing me back with everything in him. My hands move from his chest to his hair and he groans a little before one of his hands goes up to my lower back and the other one grabs my ass and gives a small squeeze. I gasp and his tongue invades my mouth. All around us are the wolf whistles and the cheers and when I feel the blush rising I squeeze my eyes tighter and pull him closer. He smiles into the kiss and his hands are lifting me up by my ass turning us around and putting me on top of the table he was sitting on before, evening our heights a little. My legs dangle from the side until he wraps them around his body and my back arches pushing us as close to each other as possible. I hear Melody scream"And Cut" like a director but neither of us is paying attention. We're both lost in the kiss. When we both finally come up for air the cafeteria is empty and where the only ones there.
"You're much better than I remembered." He say licking his lips. He smirks and kisses me again but gently.
"And you still love poetry." I say finally putting the pieces together. Emma had a daughter Liela who is scary close to her older brother that Emma sometimes feels like he was doing a better job raising the girl.
'He treats her like if she's glass and any little thing will hurt her' she once told my mom.
"How did you-?" He asks. I pull him closer and kiss him again.
"Because I pay attention Zane, especially to you."
"Yeah and so do I." He says "You only had to kiss me for what? 3 seconds."
"Let's just say your lips are pretty persuasive."
"Well then let's go back to persuading." He says before kissing me again.

Later that day when we went to Jimmy's from the moment the doors opened there were cat calls and whistles.
"Looks like now the king and queen will be ruling side by side." Then the football team pushed my booth and his booth together making one big table for all of us. With the two of us on the inside and all our friends surrounding us. When I go to order my food Zanes ex Stacy takes my seat. But I don't care after all I'm the queen right. So I take my food walk to the table and sit on my boyfriends lap, interrupting his conversation with Stacy and removing her claws from his arm, before leaning in close.
"I'll have her be headed keep fucking with me." I say quietly so no one can hear. He turns away from her to smile at me and then kisses me right in front of everyone. Stacy turns red in anger and it's clear whose the joker around here.
"Be a queen and satisfy you kings need for food."
"A good king knows happy queen happy castle so why don't you go get it before I run off with the white knight" I say nodding to Erin. Erin winks at me and the table starts to laugh.
"A king and queen would do it together." He response pushing Erin out his chair.
"Ok ok." I say standing up. "Carry me away."
"Yes your highness." He says cheekily before grabbing me and carrying me to the counter and putting me on top. For the first time I can see straight into his eyes and I don't waste time stealing a kiss. This could be the start to something very beautiful and I want to let things take its own course. To believe this all happened because of a stupid kiss cam.
