Leo, come on, please talk to me

Leo leaned against the side of the building, his arms hugging himself as he leaned his head badly. He hated that he came outside, it wasn't because of the cold, but of the damn eyes he felt on him. He ignored it, being used to it, but knowing the things intent didn't sit right with him.

He still didn't know why it tried to harm Indigo earlier, but for some reason, it wasn't moving from the bushes it was behind.

Leo's green eyes looked up at the starry night and a sigh fell past his lips. He always liked to star gaze, especially after his Grams passed. She would always say that if he ever misses her, all he had to do was look up at the stars and she'd be staring back at him, and he believed her.

Combined with the cold and the eyes on him, a shiver racks over Leo's body as he squeezes his body.

"With your stubbornness, you much rather freeze to death instead of coming back inside," Sam's voice reached his ears and it caused Leo to scoff, but he didn't reply.

The blonde made his way to the brunette, not taking his eyes off the male's figure as he grew closer. "Here, I brought you the sweater," He sticks his hand, showing the light blue sweater bundled in his hand.

Leo looked at it but didn't take it, it wasn't his and it smelt too much like Sam who he was mad at.

"Just take it, stop being an ass," Sam lets out a low scoff, stiffening when Leo looks up at him with a hard look. "Just take it, Leo."

Leo clenched his jaw, he wasn't going to take the sweater, but another shiver hit his body and he let out a huff as his hand darted out and snatched the clothing from the blonde. He pushes off the wall and puts on the sweater, feeling the warmth of it block off the cold.

"Thanks," Leo mutters, looking out the woods since he refuses to look at Sam.

With his pettiness, he much rather have a stare-off with the entity in the bushes than look at the blonde and his stupid blue eyes.

With a sigh, Sam leaned against the brick wall as silence fell around them. Sam didn't know what to do, it looked and sounded like Leo was mad at him, but for what? It couldn't have been about staying the night, he was like this before all of that.

"Listen, I didn't mean to snap at you and Colby. It's just... after everything you witnessed tonight, you still want to spend the night, it's idiotic behavior," Leo spoke, looking at the bush that was a couple of feet away from them.

Sam's chest squeezed as he remembered what Amanda said before he came out here. The only reason Leo snapped was because he cared. He cared about him and it had Sam's stomach twisting, in a good way.
