After meeting sonia di at the hospital, I came home. Today was very tiring day, pehle woh corridor waala then sameer phir woh JJ aur uske baad woh boring lectures.
If first day was like this I'm scared ki baaki ke 3 saal kaise guzarenge☹️. I was cursing myself and my fate when I heard the doorbell ring. I already knew who it was.
Aur kaun hi ho sakta hai shaam ke iss waqt, my dearest neighbour pummy aunty, chaliye ab guess kijiye woh mere dwaar tak kyu aayi hongi ....... Ji haa sahi socha aapne chaahiye hoga unko chai patti ya phir shakkar hamesha uske liye hi toh aati hai yaha😒.
Hearing the doorbell rung again, I went downstairs and opened the door only to see the familiar face and not to forget the familiar bowl.
I was waiting for her to tell me what she wanted at the door when she said " Oye putaar kaisi hai? "
" Main thik hu aunty kahiye aapko kya chahiye? "
" Arre putaar yeh bhi koi tarika hota hai bado se baat karne da chal koi na mujhe na tu thoda chai patti la de woh na tere uncle ji ko chai chahiye tha and you toh know na ( ohh God she started again 🙄 ) tere uncle din mein itna chai peete hai ki har do din mein chai patti khatam ho jaandi hai "
" Haa haa aunty main jaanti hoon rukiye main leke aati hoon " A fake smile plastered on my face.
I gave her the bowl back when I saw another familiar face standing behind her it was none other than JJ......remember????......... The guy who bumped on me in the morning, who saved me in the canteen and now he is in my house, standing at my door🙂.
" Waise putaar tere liye ek visitor hai ha woh na galti se humare waha aagaya tha address ka kuch issue you toh k-"
I interrupted her showing my hand in air to stop and then gesturing her to leave.
As soon as pummy aunty got what she wanted she ran off from there like a cat smiling. Now it was only me and him that too face to face.
" Hi!! jaanta hoon yeh thoda weird lagega but kya main andhar aa jaau, woh actually main kabse yehi tere dehleez pe khada hoon toh....... "
I snapped out of my thoughts and answered him " Ohh haa andhar aa jaa have a seat, kya laau tere liye like chai, coffee, ya bss paani??? " I asked pure sarcasm dripping in my tone.
" Broo, Rose mujhe tujhse kuch important baat karna tha but I'll prefer ki tu James uncle ko call karle please. Woh mere liye thoda easy ho jaayega you know samjhane mein 😬 "
" Okay par sabse pehle main tujhse ek sawaal puchna chahti hoon......... Kya main jaan sakti hoon tu yaha mere ghar mein kya kar raha hai?
