Her every step was shivering as she went towards the terrace. She knew he will be there with his guitar in his own trance thinking about her and all that happened hours before.
She spotted him siting on the bed they designed and put it there together for their night's singing routine.
She held the railing to gain her balance as she slipped on the floor which was wet due to the rain which stopped few minutes ago. The sound of her heart beats was audible to her ears still she mustered up the courage to walk towards him.
She stood close to the railing holding it tightly, facing her back towards him. When she realized he did not see her and was lost looking at nothing in particular.
She cleared her throat which gained his attention.
" Tu yaha kab aayi? " He asked being confused.
" Nikhil. Nikhil Thomas naam hai uska " She spoke ignoring him.
" Rose koi zabardasti nhi hai. You don't have to tell me just because I am your friend "
" Jibin please aaj bol lene de mujhe. I done keeping this inside my heart. Living with this. Aur nhi hoga mujhse. Aaj hi ke din uss baat ko ek saal hogaya. Main aur nhi seh sakti. Let me talk it out. Please " She replied holding the railing tighter as if her was life depended on it.
He didn't speak a word. Instead he stood beside her. He placed his hand on top of hers as if signaling her to go on. He silently gave her courage which she wanted at that moment.
" Like I said uska naam Nikhil Thomas hai. Woh mera..........(sigh) woh mera ex hai (sigh). Uske alawa woh samuel bhai ka chota bhai hai. Remeber jab tune samuel bhai ko pucha tha ki ek family picture mein mere saath kaun tha aur unhone uska naam nick bataya tha woh nikhil hi tha. I told him not to tell you.

Inside the the reception hall few guests were rounded around the couple. Only a few were there still they didnt leave the couple alone. Teasing them every now and then which only angered the couple more. They just wanted to go home and rest after their busy day.
