Chapter 12

Arjun's pov

After having food, we all were so tired that we decided to sleep.

My peaceful sleep got disturbed when I heard some noises. It was bushes moving noises. I sat up and saw everyone sleeping.

I tried to hear from where the noises were coming when Jyeshtha Bhrata woke up and asked me.

Yudhisthir:- what happened, Arjun?

Me:- Bhrata there's someone in the bushes.

After hearing what I said, he also sat up.

Me:- seems like an animal is coming in our direction.

Then I pulled out my dagger and went in the direction from where the noises were coming.

I went further and further looking from where the bushes are moving. After Some minutes, I saw the area where the bushes were moving.

I gripped my dagger tightly and went there and after that I pulled the bushes aside to see who was hiding. But what I saw shocked me.

I saw 5 injured Rishis were sitting there. They were looking like someone had brutally beaten them. But who could dare to do that to Rishis.

They joined their hands in fear as I was holding a dagger. I put my dagger back on his place and greet the Rishis.

Me:- Pranipat. ( while joining hands)

They looked at each other. Many questions were in my head so I decided to ask further.

Me:- Who are you all and from where are you coming in this injured state?

They again looked at each other and then got up and then a Rishi from them spoke.

Rishi:- we are coming from Panchal. We were made.. captive by the Panchal king Drupada.. we are returning from there after getting freed.

Me:- Rishivar I and my family are staying somewhere near. My brothers can heal wounds. If you don't mind then please give us the chance to serve you all.

They nodded their head and then I brought them to the area where I'm staying.

Shivani's pov

I was sleeping peacefully when someone shake me. I half open my right eye and saw it was none other than Nakul.

I ignored him and again slept. But he again shaked me.

Me:- yaah!.. why are you shaking me? Let me sleep peacefully.

Nakul:- wake up!

Me:- 5 minutes.

Nakul:- in this 5 minutes, you'll surely be dead.

Me:- who will kill me?

Nakul:- the animal who is coming in our direction.

I got up and said.

Me:- what?.. what do you mean?

Nakul:- Bhrata Yudhisthir said that he and Bhrata Arjun heard bushes moving, so Bhrata Arjun had went to see who is coming in our direction.

Me:- oh..

Nakul:- now get up.

Then I get up and saw everyone awake and waiting for Bhrata Arjun to come.

After some time Bhrata Arjun came but with 5 Rishis who was severely injured. It's like someone had beaten them very brutally.

Arjun:- Nakul.. Sahadev treat Rishis wound.

Sahadev:- ji Bhrata.

Then they started treating the Rishis wound.

Bhrata Arjun came near us and then Mata asked.
