Episode 4 - Improving?

After hanging out for hours, we finally said goodbye to each other.

"Aight guys, I'mma head home now. It's been a long day and I had fun, thanks guys!" TJ waved goodbye and started to walk away.

"Yeah! Let's hang out again soon? Are you guys free tomorrow?" Mia smiled brightly, hoping we don't have any plans for tomorrow. She was shy at first, but she got comfortable around me after we hung out.

"No, sorry. I'm not available tomorrow, you guys hang out without me." Mitch responded to Mia's question.

"Yeah, me too. I'm not free tomorrow, I've got plans to do, I'm gonna be busy." June also responded to Mia's question, so as the others.

"Same, sorry Mia. Maybe next time." Yuna replied, while Deokbong just nodded.

"Wooin? What about you?" Mitch asked me.

"Oh.. yeah I'm not free tomorrow. I'm also gonna be busy throughout the day, sorry." I wonder what my father would ask me to do again. If I go out tomorrow, I'll probably get scolded. But if I don't, my father would ask me to do things such as buy him some beer or something.

"But I might change my mind.." I wanna have some fun and live my life.

"Have fun guys! I'm not available during the morning but I will be free later in the afternoon though. What time would you guys hang out? I wanna come too!" Mitch talked.

"Then we'll hang out in the afternoon! If you guys aren't busy in the afternoon, then you can come with us. Just tell us if you wanna come!" Mia replied.

"Sound good to me!" TJ was there all the time and we didn't even notice. We all thought he already left.

"Where the hell did you come from? We all thought you left." Yuna talked while TJ didn't care at all and chuckled.

We all finally said goodbye to each other and started going in our own directions. While Mitch on the other hand.. was walking with me.

"So uh... You're gonna follow me back home?" I tried to break the awkward silence as we walked together.

"Yeah, you alright with that? I'll go away if you're not comfortable with this." She looked at me as she was walking and chuckled.

"I don't mind. You can keep following me if you want to." I gave her a faint smile.

"Really? That's good to know, can I come over to your house?" She asked with a smile on her face.

I wanted to, I wanted to have a friend come over to my place. But there's one problem, my father. I had a friend back in elementary, he came to my house without my dad's permission. I made him come over without thinking what the consequences would be. I knew my dad wasn't a good father, but I never thought he'd do that to my one and only best friend. He was my best buddy.

My friend and I were playing in the backyard, my father wasn't at home that time. We played and played until we got tired and thirsty, we went inside the kitchen to get something to drink and eat. Then suddenly, after a few moments, I heard the door open. It was my dad, he's back. I saw a look of disgust and hatred on his face when he saw that I invited a friend over without his permission. Well guess what? My father told my best buddy to get out of his territory. The look of hatred made my friend terrified. He even said sorry to my dad before running away.
