Hi there, My name is Sharon-Rose and I call myself Alex. This book is my journey of self discovery, My mind has always been a vast space of questions. I love to question everything. I want to know why I am here, where I came from and what is my purpose. I start at the very beginning. Awareness itself. All ideas and opinions here are from my personal belief system that I have created and am creating. I create this by questioning everything and philosophically choosing the beliefs that resonate with me on a deep level. My beliefs are just that, my beliefs. We all have the ability to create and customize our belief system to one that works for us personally. Everything in this book should be criticized. You could learn a lot from looking at the different perspectives.

Awareness, the greatest mystery of all time. Where did we come from and where are we going? Why are we here and what is our purpose?
Thought, the ability to think and interpret language. The subconscious that hides and has the key to changing and creating reality. The very core of us. The beginning and ending of it all. The birth of a human into human consciousness and the evolution of the mind.
Sharing one's personal knowledge of their evolution and becoming self aware to all the patterns and unconscious behaviors and desires.
If you could see your life as a blank canvas, the type of paint, brushes, style and composition you create would be yours to choose. That is how life is already and we are already creating our lives but most of our creation is unconscious and automatic. The life you have right now is divine creation. My goal is to figure out how it works and start painting my life in a conscious way. Trying techniques and practices, trying belief systems and going down the rabbit hole of people's opinions, research, experimentation and their findings.
There is a sure fact that will always remain, this fact is that I am aware. I am aware of myself, my surroundings and I am alive. The evidence to prove that is all linked to the awareness itself. No matter where you start the beginning always concludes to awareness itself.
What do we know about awareness?
I know whenever I put my conscious attention on awareness, things become simple and there is a gentle stillness and peace. This makes me wonder, is awareness everything? It seems to be a logical solution since we could only make sense of anything through the lens of awareness. Every idea, every solution to every problem, every problem, its all interpreted through awareness and filtered through the mind to create stories.
Stories is everything, everything is a tale. What is the color of your hair? Your hair is your hair because someone decided that was the name of the stuff coming out our heads, our heads where even named. Colors are also named. We did this to relate and to expand. Stories is how we do so. The variations of stories are endless, infinite in nature. Awareness gives us all the opportunity to create stories. Build and create through a book called time. Pages of the frames we paint.
If we begin at awareness then we can say we all have one very important thing in common. Our awareness is one. Awareness is the same for each of us. It is what we can relate to at a base level. We are alive and we are aware. What separates us is the human experience. Why are we here?
I think we are here to explore our own individual experiences and create our own stories how we want and just for fun while expanding endlessly in a vast and beautiful universe. Our relations to others is that we have with ourselves on a deeper level. The different religions all point to one thing. The thing that is more than us. The awareness that is aware of all and is not separate or unconscious. The Conscious awareness of the universe.
We have separated ourselves into many blank canvases. When we are born into this body and enter the human experience we come bare. There are some of us who are born with memories that we believe is from past lives. It is a way to make sense of it all yet there is another thing that is very curious. How do you know that what another person experiences is the same as yours? Experiences are collected and stored as memories. Memories that we use to fuel our thoughts, emotions and actions. Living from the source of memories will validate our current experiences, set the tone for future experiences and give us a list of expectations for preparation for an experience.
If we look at it and take it all apart we could come up with some neat experiments. The first one I will be doing is the "NO THOUGHT" Experiment.
