Ashton's heart still raced from the tender kiss he shared with Max. He couldn't believe how natural it felt, how right. As they sat together on the beach, watching the stars twinkle above, Max began to strum a gentle melody on his guitar. The soft music filled the night air, and Ashton felt himself swaying to the rhythm.
Max noticed and smiled, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "Dance with me, Ashton," he whispered, setting his guitar aside.
Ashton's cheeks flushed, but he couldn't resist the invitation. He stood up, and Max took his hand, leading him to the water's edge. The moon cast a silver glow over the waves, and the music seemed to come from the night itself.
As they swayed to the rhythm, their bodies moved in perfect sync. Ashton felt like he was floating on air, his heart soaring with joy. Max's eyes never left his, and Ashton saw the depth of his emotions reflected there.
The music faded, and they stood still, only the sound of waves lapping at their feet. Max's voice was barely above a whisper, "I think I might be falling for you, Ashton."
Ashton's heart skipped a beat. "I'm already there, Max," he replied, his voice barely audible.
Their lips met again, the kiss deepening, the moon shining down on them like a blessing.
