- "I WAS WONDERING IF YOU'D like to sit with me and my family today?" Alice offered looking at the girl with hope in her eyes."I would but, Alice your brother freaking hates me. Anabelle told the older girl about the eperiences she had with her brother a week prior.
Emmett Cullen had tried to avoid Anabelle like the plauge. Dodging ever everytime alice stoped to talk in the hallway, not showing up to their history class and even running away from her in the gym class they shared. She was sure he hates her and while the feeling was mutual, she couldnt help but wonder why he was so worked up around her.
While Bella seemingly was getting comfortable with Edward Cullen and even abandoning Anabelle to find her own ride to school in the mornings, Alice was making sure everything was falling into place for the two behind the scenes. "He doesnt hate you, no one could ever hate you!" She pushed, "He's just a dumb boy scared to act on his feelings." Alice gleamed.
If Anabelle didn't say yes, there was no way her and Emmett were going to get together, and that mde Alice freak. She wanted Anabelle to be happy of course but more so Emmett. He had been so unhappy with Rosalie for decades. Of course it wasnt like that at first, but it started to feel like a chore putting up with her, her fits of rage, her attitude, trust issues, the list goes on and on.
