Behind Door

Knock! Knock! Knock!

I slammed the black wooden door; with all my might.

Knock! Knock!  Knock!

Is anybody there to lend me a hand?

Knock! Knock! Knock!

I am being suffocated in here.

Knock! Knock! Knock!

All I can see is a pitch-black hue everywhere.

Tears rashly roll unto my cheeks;

as I wait for someone to open the mysterious door.

Lips quivering in anxiety...

Are you wondering why I am here?

I have been thrown into an empty horrifying room —

since I was a kid...  every pain is bearable

I don't seek for anyone's help;

but, deep cuts worsened when the world began

I am learning to get some guidance.

Knock! Knock! Knock!

Finally! Someone slightly opened the door;

It is like a faint light of hope

I wiped my tears and held my head up

 I offered my hand to pull me out of the darkness —

the moment our hands touched;

I gasped when he pushed me hard back into a slumped

as I fell dumbfoundedly,

All I can say is " It is much cruel outside than here"

and so, the darkness comforts me.
