Episode 15:Karwa Chauth

As the first light of dawn crept through the windows of their mansion in Rajasthan, Trisha woke up early, excitement bubbling in her chest. Today was Karwa Chauth, a day when married women fasted for the longevity and prosperity of their husbands.

Trisha smiled gratefully, feeling blessed to be a part of such a rich tradition.

Meanwhile, Rishi, still groggy from sleep, watched Trisha with admiration as she prepared for the fast. He knew how important this day was to her and felt a surge of love and appreciation for his devoted wife.Trisha looked mesmerizing in the red shade suit she was wearing,She looks like an angel came from heaven.

She went downstairs and Rishi also went downstairs because he doesn't wanted to feel left out.Trisha's mother-in-law, adorned in traditional Rajasthani attire, handed her the sargi—a pre-dawn meal prepared by her for Trisha.

Trisha's POV
When i came downstairs I saw Ranaji,maasa,babasa dadisa and dadusa also on the dinner table.. before I asked babasa explained that we like fasting for our wivies dadusa keep fast for dadisa but as due to age they just participate in rituals.

I thought it was a bit cute.Then Ranaji said he just came here because he is hungry and need to go office quite early as maasa & dadisa want him home before 7pm.

So I just nodded.

I just have my sargi given by maasa and went to upstairs to catch some sleep after waking up I changed into a saree.but when I was going to hospital,I saw Ranaji waiting maybe waiting for something I don't know.I just said bye to everyone and left.

After the allergic mishap , everyone took care of me alot specially Ranaji but seems like he is distancing himself from me I just don't know why,and honestly I really don't have the courage to ask him.After all he never wanted this marriage.

Author's POV
Throughout the day, Trisha's thoughts were consumed with Rishi. She found herself eagerly awaiting the moment when she could break her fast and see his face, her love for him growing stronger with each passing hour.

Rishi, on the other hand, couldn't shake the feeling of guilt that Trisha was fasting for his well-being. He promised himself that he would always protect her from evil eyes.

The festival is being celebrated in the Shekhawat Palace,which is just few kilometres away from Shekhawat Mansion.

As the sun began to set, Trisha joined the other women of the palace in performing the Karwa Chauth rituals. She listened intently as the elder women recited prayers and shared stories of devotion and sacrifice.

Meanwhile, Rishi waited anxiously for the moon to rise, his heart beating in anticipation of breaking the fast with Trisha. He couldn't wait to see her smiling face and thank her for her unwavering love.

Finally, as the moon emerged from behind the clouds, Trisha's fast came to an end. She looked up at the moon, offering her prayers for Rishi's long life, before turning to break her fast with a sip of water from his hands and she also made him drink the water.And unknowingly she also break his fast because he was also not eaten or drank anything after having sargi.So technically he kept the Fast for her too.

Rishi's eyes glistened with emotion as he watched Trisha's dedication and love for him. In that moment, he felt like the luckiest man in the world to have such a devoted and caring wife by his side.

Together, they celebrated the bond of marriage and the timeless tradition of Karwa Chauth.That time Evara asked rishi- what are you giving bhabhi as a gift bhaii??

Rishi obviously didn't knew about this ritual so he said - everything which is mine ,is her's so she can take whatever she wants.and they all went for dinner.After dinner Trisha was talking to Evara about something when Rishi recieved a message.

"Enjoying alot with your wife huhhh!!...Seems like you haven't told her about yourself,about your reality,that you can't be a good husband".
