"Finn over here!"

"Finnley Moon! Finnley look here."

"Pose for the camera, Finn!"

I stop on the red carpet I'm walking down to throw on my best smile and poses for the cameras that are all around me. The cameras don't even faze me anymore at this point of my career. Everywhere I go there's someone trying to take a photo of me, whether it be on a red carpet, a gala or even at a restaurant when I'm just trying to eat, there's always at least one camera pointed at me every day. At this point of my life it doesn't bother me anymore.

"Finn!" I hear someone shouting over all the others. I lock eyes on the press reporter who's yelling my name, a little blonde 20 something year old from the looks of it. "Do you have any new roles you'll be starring in?"

"I have a couple of things planned for the future. Nothing I can disclose yet." I say with an award-winning grin. They eat it up just like I knew they would.

"Not even a hint?" another person yells at me.

"Not even a hint of a hint." I say with a wink.

I take four or five more questions as I move down the carpet, answering all of them in my flirtiest and most fun way that I can. The point is to elude at something and nothing all at the same time so that the press thinks they're getting prime info while delivering absolutely nothing. I'm a pro at this point.

I get to the end of the carpet and pose for a couple more photos before I feel the hand of my manager, Cody, tugging me off the carpet and into the direction of the limo that's waiting for me. As expected, a couple of people follow us and take my photo as I get into the back of the car. I only relax once the door is closed and we're driving off.

"You did good." Cody says to me, his eyes glued to his phone like they always are. I'm not the only person Cody manages but I am the biggest client of his. Currently I'm the highest grossing actress in all of Hollywood, and I have been for the past two years. I plan on keeping it that way, as does Cody.

"I know." I say to him as I grab my own phone from him. Cody doesn't allow for me to have my phone on me during a carpet walk, so I keep it in the limo or with him. The only missed texts I have are from my agent, texting me about a new role that he wants me to take. He tells me to meet him at his studio tomorrow morning, telling me a time that I know I wont be there for. I text him a thumbs up only.

"You need to make an appearance later tonight at the premier for the movie one of the Chris' is starring in. I have you in V.I.P seats, of course." Cody says. "Before you ask, you don't need to stay the whole time. Just make an appearance, stay 20 minutes then you can leave."

"Yeah, fine. I'll see how I can manage that." I reply dryly.

"I've already managed it for you. I moved your 8pm to 9:30pm, I moved your 9:30pm to 11pm. You can make it all in time if you make sure you're perfectly on time."

"Great, and as for sleep? Can I do that or is it pushed from the schedule?"

Cody looks over at me with an unamused expression on his face. "You can sleep once your 11pm is done. Try not to party too hard at that one, okay? I know its a club opening event, but please stay away from any party tricks. Luther tells me you have an early meeting tomorrow morning."

"Did he tell you what its about?"

"Its about a new role like it always is." he says. "Just don't make him wait again."

We both know I'm going to make Luther wait. He's been my agent for so long now that he should honestly expect me to be late, and if he doesn't, well, that's on him at this point. I'd like to see him complain about it.

"Your schedule is about to get busier over these next few weeks. I need you to be able to keep up at all the things we throw at you." Cody continues.

"I always do." I say to him.

The limo comes to a stop outside a high-rise building which I assume is where the premier is which I'm to make an appearance at. I take a deep breath as I look at the building, feeling dread at having to do this. It's pushed into my already jam-packed schedule so I'm already not happy about it, and the fact that I have to make an appearance and be my charming self again for everyone makes me want to just tear my fucking eyes out.

"Get out the car now, Finn." Cody says, sensing my hesitation.

"Don't tell me what to do." I hiss at him.

"Thats my job." he says. He glances at me for a second and I swear I see something like pity in his expression but it vanishes just as quickly as it came on. "Now go, you don't have time to stall."

I get out the limo and slam the door as hard as I can behind me. I doubt Cody he even noticed, but it felt good to let out some frustration.

I shake off my annoyance, then with my head held high I march into the building, ready to put on the best performance of my life.
