Even though Dream had just sent a message, he could already feel the impatient-ness rising in his chest. With a brow furrow, he shoved his new phone (thanks to his other best friend, Blue) into his pocket.

The reason Dream had been vigorously texting on his phone was because of Ink, who was going to be late, again. It was an ongoing joke in the Council to keep track of how many meetings Ink was late to, but recently, they lost count after missing two tally marks.

He was currently standing outside the abnormal large doors to the Omega Timeline Head House. Obviously, it wasn't a home. The fancy pillars, stained glass, and one-too-many storied high building was too expensive to be anyone's home. The Head House was also where many important things were taken to, even trials (on rare occasions). The House was also where meetings for higher-ups were at, which included Dream, Blue, and Ink...who wasn't here.

"Where is he?" Blue, probably the most reliable one, had asked after noticing Dream put his phone away. He had offered to wait outside with Dream mainly just to give the other company.

"I haven't gotten a response yet." Dream sighed. He turned to Blue with a tired smile, "I feel like an underpaid father."

"You look like one, too." Blue snickered.

Dream rolled his eye lights with a smile before leaning on the wall with his friend. A small child who looked way too young to be in a building like this by themselves happily walked up to the two.

"What are you two doing out here?" They asked, their void-ish eyes blinked with curiosity.

"We're waiting for Ink." Dream smiled, fighting back a laugh. The child nodded, seemingly unimpressed with the other's lateness.

"Actually, Frisk," Blue exclaimed as if he just remembered something, "can you see where he is?"

Dream gasped with a smile and gently slapped Blue's armor, "You're a genius."

"I know."

After the two were done with their exchange, the child had taken a moment. "He's actually about to respond to you. Apparently, he's in a store... I'm guessing..."

After hearing the update, Dream quickly flicked out his phone and opened the messages he had with Ink. Blue leaned over, and Frisk had stood on their tippy toes, causing both skeletons to crouch. While all three surrounded the phone, they could see the small indication that Ink was typing back.

'Dreamypoobear☆!: Where are you?'

'FuckinPaintRacoon: stoee'
'Stor e'

"What's he getting?" Blue asked, leaning closer to the phone.

'Dreamypoobear☆!: Blue wants to know what you are getting.'

"No! Why would you say I wanted to know?!"

"Because you did." Dream innocently smiled. Blue huffed before looking back at the phone.

'FuckinPaintRacoon: tell gim to mind his business'
'Im gettinf psyedoe'
'Pseudoe'

"What the fuck is 'pseudo'?" Blue scrunched his face, leaning his head to get a better look at the container. "Sinus medicine?!"

"Actually, it's a decongestant." Frisk informed.

'Dreamypoobear☆!: Hurry up and get over here'
"FuckinPaintRacoon: shur the fuck yp weirdo'

"How much time do we have left until the meeting starts?" Dream asked while looking up at the two.
