"Ah Raiden, ya ol softy, you shouldn't have." Liu happily told Raiden as he patted him on the back while everyone clapped their hands.
"I know. Happy Birthday, Liu."
Raiden took the tarp off of the gift to reveal a very large statue of Liu Kang dressed like Hercules with a sword in his hand while putting one foot a circle with his initials on it.

"Uh, gee, Raiden..it's, uh, ... It's really somethin'." Liu told his mentor as he walked over to the statue.
"Yes, I commissioned it myself. Of course, we had hoped it would be a wedding present." said Raiden
"Ha-ha...come on, Raideb Don't start. Look, you're not still sore because I didn't fall for Princess Kitana?" Liu asked as he walked over to the side of the ship causing Serenity to hide once more.
"Oh come on Liu Kang, it isn't me alone. The entire kingdom wants to see you happily settled down with the right girl." Raiden told Liu who had climbed onto the side of the ship.
"Oh, she's out there somewhere. I just haven't found her yet." Liu told Raiden as Serenity listened from the side of the ship while making sure she wasn't seen.
"Oh, perhaps you haven't been looking hard enough." Raiden told Liu while Serenity smiled.
"Believe me Raiden when I find her, I'll know. Without a doubt, it'll just... bam...hit me, like lightning." said Liu
As thunder was heard and lightning lit up the sky causing everyone to look up.
