I put my phone down with a thud and I want to scream. I just wanted this one thing with the fucking paparazzi finding out, I wanted to have a private relationship, I didn't want another Madeline situation.
I look around my room, the four walls seeming almost claustrophobic now the paparazzi are willing to take photos of it.

I stand up, needing to get my anxious energy out of my system.
I walk out of my room, leaving the bed that last night was somewhere so special behind.
The urge to just leave, disappear back to Lewes, leave all the fame behind and become Jaya Joshi, the sibling of Ravi Joshi, the headteacher of their old story school. Or I could go to London and live with Elodie and her friends.

My phone buzzed, probably a call from my manager Lizeth trying to damage control the situation but I don't have the energy to answer instead I leave my phone on the table and head towards my spare room where I keep my piano and guitar.
I sit down at the piano and being to play.
I play a melody and start singing some random lyrics until it sounds right.
I then run back to the table where I left my phone and pick it up.
I dial a number,
"Hey dude, are you free to come the studio I have an idea for a song?"
"Sure dude! I'm already at the studio just pop down!"
"Thanks man, I'll be down soon."
"See you soon Jay."
I hang up the phone and get ready to leave the house, shutting the door behind me.
