It was finally the week he started attending my school. Not that i was really excited. I was actually quite nervous to be honest.
I sat next to paige talking about random stuff and suddenly we heard the class door opened. It was him. My future husband.
"So today students, we have a new students joining us today. And i would like you all to meet him. Please introduce yourself new student"
"Hi everyone, my name is Damien Elrod. It's nice to be joining you all."
"My my Mr.Elrod why not tell us where were u from?"
"I was from New mexico."
"Intresting! Welcome to California Mr.Elrod go ahead and sit at the empty place next to Elizabeth." My teacher said. I flinched as my teacher points at the empty table next to me.
"Wowwee his fine." Paige said whispering to me as he walks to his appropriate table.
"Back off. His my future husband." i said, snickering. I can't believe i just admitted it like that.
Paige then just bursted out laughing which did Not make our teacher happy.
Besides that. Damien was actually kinda fine. He had long black hair. How should i say it..? It was a wolfcut type of hair. I didn't get to see what eye color was he sadly. But he was a good solid 5'11. Not too tall not too short. His hair even had blue highlights in some of them. That's so cool.
But now. He was sitting next to me. Next to me! What should i even do? Should i make a conversation? Should i offer him some help? GAHHH I DON'T KNOW.
"Are u Elizabeth Adams..?" He said quietly. While leaning close to me so i could hear him.
"Mhm. Since you just joined this school mid year. Do u want me to help u with your school work?"
His leaned back and nodded.
"Right! Then meet me at the library after school."
He then gave me a thumbs up and focus on with the class.
I feel like he was those quiet kids in class. It says it on his face and his attitude. Not my type but. I'll give it a shot.

Finally. School ended. Everyone got up and pack their things and exit the class.
I got up with paige and exit the class while talking to paige but. This. Damien lad. Kept following me around. He followed me to my locker and stood there waiting for me. I'm not saying i hate it. It's just. Kinda anoyying?
Paige saw the opportunity to leave me alone with him and took it.
"I'll see u tomorrow Ellie! I have to leave early today. Cya!!" Paige said running to the school front door.
I sighed and shut my locker. "Ready to go?" I said facing him.
He again. Nodded and walked by my side to the library.
