I looked at Jake. In the short time I've known him, I have never seen him this sad.You know, I could use another parson on our team why don't you go and ask her, I said. Jake's face lit up, really, he asked .I nodded, before I could say another word Jake ran off into the other direction.
Jake's p.o.v.
I walked up to marry, she didn't notice me so I cleared my throat. She looked at me in surprise. What are you doing back here, I'd thought you'd be long gone by now, she said. Well I was wondering if you wanted to come with me and Mr McDuck, you know if you want to, you don't have to come if you don't want to. Yea I'll come Goldie is very controlling, I was going to ditch her anyway, she said. A few minutes later we ran after Scrooge.
