Then Mr nowhere explain to foxy and willow about what's happening

Dominic toretto: because, you're the leader of your crew, and a leader needs: an infratrator/spy, a drifter, a hacker/ racer, an off-roader, and a joker: who's sometimes serious.

Hobbs: Alright, here's the rundown... one of you will enter the outlaws rush, will one of you will face off against lina navarro...

Katie: But the only problem is that we have to beat leagues to enter....

Then foxy and the others arrived at airfield 73 where kona and tf2 red engineer were waiting for them
Scout: So who gets to compete in which leagues?
Foxy: Well Katie will handle the race leagues, tigery will handle the off-road leagues, scout will handle the drift leagues, and I will handle the drag leagues.
Willow: and I will be doing some infiltration among the house thugs.
Felix: What about me?
Foxy: Felix, you be helping out kona and engineer in case they need help.
Tigery: Well, the only thing left to do now is to get us some wheels...
Foxy: Okay, after you guys do that. Meet back here.
Other's: got it.

Kona: (parks next to foxy in his vehicle) now, foxy we will be doing a test, make sure to finish first at the end of this race to win.

Then foxy managed to beat kona and win first place, meanwhile the others were getting their vehicles. Willow got the plymouth roadrunner barracuda
