8. Day 8.

Minhee's Pov.

I woke up early this time but remembering what I said last night just kept me still. In the same position. I just stretched out my arm to get my phone. I went on those livestreams again to see a few famous people still waddling about. They're lucky to be able to go around the world. Especially those who can fly helicopters or planes.

I heard a bit that flying a helicopter wasn't overall that difficult, there's just a bunch of buttons. "Morning to those people who are watching. I surprised I can even do streams under these circumstances. And more surprised how all of you are just watching." The streamer spoke with a big smile over her face. She wasn't wearing a mask..

A bunch of people were watching her stream. Just how many people are just lying in bed at home..? "So we all know that our world is coming to an end. But this is my chance to have fun with my last days..Or not?" I don't think anyone in the chat was blaming her with what she was doing with her life. "If you guys are wondering if I'm currently travelling by myself..I'm not actually. I've got my parents and my younger brother still healthy."

Hm..She's lucky, I thought. "What are you..watching.." Jeonghan groaned, turning over to my side.

"A livestream." I told him, still stuck focused on the live.

"Is it interesting?" He took a look.

"Well..It's better than staring at the ceiling." I shuffled positions and realized I had turned to face him. He held my wrist where I was holding my phone. The livestream was on going but we had made a deep eye contact with eachother.

"Sorry.." I muttered.

"I like you." He suddenly blurted out as then I blinked to process what he just told me.

"What-?" I tilted my head but the way he expressed his emotions at me was eye catching..And probably heart catching aswell. I had a feeling that this guy was more beautiful than a woman.

"I like you. Too much." He repeated it. But then I blinked again. "Minhee?" He called out for me. I was daydreaming? I turned around and he was packing up his things already. "You alright? The livestream ended." He raised a brow at me and I was quite stunned.

"Yeah..I just had to think about something..I guess I got too lost in my thoughts." I chuckled as I sat up.

"It's currently 10am. Do you think we could try to find the person your sister knew?" I was too busy, thinking about what I was daydreaming about. That was a bad sign for me.. Because..I think my heart was beating louder than it should have.

"U-Uhm. Yeah." I glanced away then fixing my hair to calm myself down.

"Are you sick?" Jeonghan asked, coming beside me.

"Nope." I shook my head strongly. "I'm not. I swear." I insisted.

"I heard the first time." He lightly smiled at me and fixed my shirt. "Come on. I'll wait for you out of the store." He got up and left the room.

"Damn.." I think he latched me on. I got ready and joined him outside.

"Where do you think she's living?." Jeonghan was getting straight to the point. I mean if we did ever find her, he'd be able to sleep on a bed for once. I don't blame him, really.

"I'm checking through..me and my sister's messages.." It felt empty when I said 'my sister' she was physically not there anymore. "But question is..I don't even think that her friend knows me." I did a little hm sound through my voice, trying to think.

"I mean..we can maybe explain it to her if we do see her." Jeonghan trotted beside me.

"Here it is! My sister always told me her location in advance when she'd go outside so in case I couldn't call her in the middle of danger, I'd be able to go to her in person." I missed it. I wouldn't even get those morning quotes she'd text me. It was always fun wondering what the next quote would be. But now..I don't even get to see her.
