Sunshines and Strawberries!! [Emusaki]

A day out

The next day after Saki and Emu finished their first session at the cafe the two wish to reunite at a different place! Where will they go today?

- At the Tenma's... (Saki's POV)

It was a few more hours before Emu and Saki's next meeting but this time the two planned something different! It was mostly Saki's idea to go somewhere new. Knowing that, here we find Saki sitting on her couch reading a magazine. "This is definitely gonna get us closer!" She silently whispered to herself with a big smile. She couldn't wait to hang out with Emu again until her silent thoughts were intrupted by a loud yell! "AAAAHHHH!!! SAAAKIII!!!" A voice upstairs yelled as Saki looked up to find her brother Tsukasa hopping down the stairs. "Eh? Ah brother!! Hi—!" Saki stuttered as Tsukasa jumped ontop of the couch sending Saki into the air. "AAAH!" Exclaimed Saki until she slowly darting back down onto the couch looking up at Tsukasa as he stood on the couch pillows as if he was a knight. "Hi brother!!-" Said Saki tucking away the magazine and her phone as she tried to act casual.

"EEHH? Saki?? What's that?" Said Tsukasa as he slowly reached out from under the pillows and pulled out the magazine. "WHATS THIS??!! A MUSICAL?!?! Without me???" Tsukasa eagerly flipped through the magazine mumbling. Saki chuckled nervously and swiped the magazine back into her hands. "Its for me and my special friend brother!! Sorry it might be a bit awkward!" Said Saki, her palms sweating at the clench of the magazine. Tsukasa raised his brow starting to calm down and look a little concerned. "Hmm.. why would it be awkward you say..? Is this someone too suspicious for me to meet?" He quesioned as he stared down at Saki with a distorted and funny look. Saki quickly blurted out to her room in a frenzy, as fast as a hummingbird. Tsukasa left puzzled in the living room was starting to get extremely worried. After a few hours of Saki planning a date for her and Emu.. Tsukasa started to make a bit of planning himself....

- Emu's POV...

Emu was doodling in a notebook until she got a notification on her phone. She picked it up wondering who it may be and starting to jump in excitement to see that it was Saki!

In text..

Saki : Hey Emu!! I was wondering if we could go out sometime!

Emu : YESS OF COURSE!!! Where??

Saki : I was thinking maybe we could see a MUSICAL!! I mean if thats okay with you!

Emu : YEAH YEAH LETS GO!! We can also practice our act later at my place!

Saki : Okay!! Meet up round this street okay? *sends a location*

Emu : Okay!! See you!

Saki : Cya!!!

- Tomorrow..

Saki was the first to arrive waking up bright and early to make sure she doesn't miss Emu. While she was waiting she spotted a taiyaki vendor on the street. She quickly bought some for Emu and herself and got back eagerly waiting. Suddenly she saw a shadow above her jumped straight onto her! "EHHH?!?!" Yelled Saki as the shadow landed right beside her. "Whuh.. what was that..??" Questioned Saki as she realized she fell down on the floor. "Whoops!!! Didn't mean to scare you that bad Saki!!" The starnge figure said as Saki slowly adjuster her vision.. it was Emu! Standing right infront of her reaching out her hand. "ACK! Oh..? Ah Emu!!" Said Saki excitedly yet still a bit shocked from Emu's stunt.

"Whoops! Sorry for scaring you!!" Replied Emu helping Saki get up from the ground. They started to walk over to the stage where they will be watching the musical. The two chatted endlessly about the many things they will the doing for their duo act for the performance. On the way Saki remembered something important she forgotten due to Emu's suprise eariler. "Oh right!! Here I got you Taiyaki!" She gave the still warm delicious taiyaki to Emu as her eyes light up in excitement like the brightest star in the sky. Emu thanked Saki endlessly shaking her hand frantcially as she immediately devoured the whole thing. "AHH!! THAT WAS YUMMY!!!" Exclaiming Emu after she graciously enjoyed her food as the two finally reach the theatre. "Oh we're here!" Said Saki putting her phone back into her bag.

They happily smiled as they walk into the theatre giving off a shine with their joyful presence. While Emu was looking around the venue, Saki was redeeming her tickets to the ticket lady. Emu was thrilled and excited to sit in the theatre straight after taiyaki! It was like a wonderful dream in her eyes. She waited for Saki but then she saw a child standing in the corner alone. "Hello! Are you okay??" Emu asked as the kid turned around, sniffling and sobbing quietly her face as red as a pepper. "Huhuhu.. I'm so lost! Please help me!" Cried the little girl hiding her face in her shirt as she sobbed a bit more loudly. "Hey don't worry!!" Said Emu as she leaned down to the girl's level and reached out her hand. "Don't be afraid I can help!" Reassuring the little girl, she started to stop crying and wiped her tears as she held Emu's hand.

"Saki, Saki!!" Yelled Emu, running over to Saki with the girl held tight in her hand. "This little one needs help!! Tell the ticket lady!" She exclaimed while Saki wasted no time and told the ticket lady for help. "Here let the kid sit down near the desk, I already called security to find her parents." Said the ticket lady as she thanked the two for informing her. "Oh! Its starting soon!!" Said Saki, "We have to get to our seats!" Just as she reached out for Emu's hand, Emu quickly waved to the girl goodbye with a big smile. Saki, watching behind her smiled warmly feeling comfort from Emu's kindness. "Hey Saki! Whatcha standing there for? Don't be shy!! We gotta get to our seats!" Said Emu straight after she grabbed Saki and went runnign head first into the theatre. "AHH! Emu don't run!!" Exclaimed Saki as the both of them laughed heading into the venue.

What awaits them inside? Well one thing I know is that its gonna be exciting!!
