Labored breathing
Light head
Heavy eyes
Cannot see past life's lies
A warm blanket covers your soul
One to deaden the untold
Feelings of want
Feelings of dreams
Feelings that are crushed; ripped from the seams
A lie
Where have you been?
What did you do?
We all see none of this is true
Sparkling glints of a person once you
Reclaim your fire
Reclaim your might
Reclaim the vision of a life once in your sight
But, you don't care for much anymore
All you need is that transparent blanket
I hope it keeps you warm on a cold, merciless winter night
