i'm currently re writing the book because I didn't like the way it came out to be. The plot wasn't great and I just genuinely think they got together too fast and there wasn't enough ups and downs.

Valentines POV 

Colby put a blind fold over my eyes and began driving to god knows where. Once the car stopped, I heard him get out of the car. I assumed he was coming to help me out in which, I was correct. 

He helped me out of the car and then helped me walk. "Were here." He whsipered in my ear. I could feel his peircing blue eyes staring at me as he took off the blindfold. I looked around for a second, seeing we are in a graveyard. 

I looked down at the stone infront of me. "My moms grave... You found it!" I said, looking over at him. He gave me a small smile. I looked down and saw a picnic set up. "Awww Colby!" I gave him a tight hug. 

"I knew that your mother had at least one family member. Then I tracked them down and asked where the grave was. Apparently they had found her body in a trash yard. The reason you couldn't find anything online was because that family member of hers had it kept off of the news and shit." Once he finished explaining we sat down and I started mowing down.

I talked to Colby about mom a bit, explaining what she was like. "By the way.." I said as I swallowed my food. "Who's this family member?" I asked. He started at me for a second with a smile. "Your grandmother." He said as he took a bite of a strawberry. I didn't know that vampires could eat normal food...

"Maybe I could see her.." I said while I stared at my moms stone. A photo of her was engraved on it, it was a picture of mom and me. "She asked about you, I told her i'd bring you to visit." He said, leaning forward and kissing me. 

I smiled and ate the rest of my food.
