When I arrived, the gatekeeper of the village entrance greeted me warmly and led my horse to the stables and me to the apartment. He said that tomorrow I should check in at the castle with the village queen. I replied calmly that clearly I would check in with her majesty the queen. I unpacked my things and went to explore the village.

It was very beautiful. It had a lot of cherry trees under which I love to sit. I forgot to add that in my new apartment I was given a little money to buy myself local food or drink. As I was walking around like this, I noticed a restaurant I went into. I ordered myself ramen with bacon egg and chives. It was very good, and I had never had anything like it before. There was rice at home forever. I was a little sick of it, but I was glad that at least I was getting such food there. I missed my grandmother the most. I was going to write her a letter tomorrow after work.

I left the restaurant and returned to the apartment. Lucky for me I took my sketchbook with me and bought crayons at this restaurant. I drew late fell asleep at 11:30 p.m. I woke up the next morning dressed in my poor but neat kimono. I combed my hair and ran to the palace. The queen greeted me with a smile. She went through my papers and hired me to be an herbalist, she also asked me to make a medicinal infusion for tomorrow for her daughter who had a cold.

I returned to the apartment and immediately began making a medicinal infusion for the queen's daughter. It took me a while but that healing infusions have to wait 3 hours to be effective I started writing a letter to my grandmother.
Dear Grandmother I love you with all my heart and want to tell you how my 1st day at work went. I was given the task of making a healing infusion for the queen of the village because her daughter got sick. I am just now after finishing making this infusion. Yesterday I arrived at the site and walked around the area. For dinner I had delicious ramen at a local restaurant. I love you your Rina

After writing this letter, I checked to see if the infusion worked and it did indeed work. I quickly ran to the castle and handed the brew to the queen and she gave it to her daughter. Her daughter immediately got up on her feet and healed herself. Afterwards, the queen said I was perfect for the job.
