Kirishima oneshots ^^

Power out

7:00pm 

Late into the evening, you and your boyfriend were lying on the couch, watching a horror movie marathon. There were multiple varieties of cookies and chips laid on the living room table, as well as a bottle of soda. The movie you guys were watching was Ouija Board (PG-13). The two of you were really big fans of horror movies: they really showed excitement and emotions through the characters really well. 

As the movie scene turned to the teenagers playing the Ouija Board, you suddenly had an idea.

What if we had an Ouija Board?

"Kiri, what would you do if you found an Ouija Board?"

"I'd be like those teenagers in the movie and play with it."

"I thought so. What would you do if you played the game, and I died?"

"Then i'll try to summon you back."

"But I won't be normal anymore, I'll be some ghost or demon."

"That doesn't matter. I love you in every shape and form." He grinned as he kissed your forehead.

Gosh, why does he always have to be so smooth?  You blushed as you continued to watch the movie.

After the movie finished, you went to check the time on your phone. It was 9:00pm. You wanted to make dinner, but you were too tired and comfy to get up. Your boyfriend fell asleep during the movie. You smiled, and kissed him softly on the lips to wake him up. Just as he opened his eyes, you heard a spark.

And then, the power went out.

It was dark and quiet. The sudden shutdown of light made you scream in terror, and your boyfriend immediately jumped in response, holding you tight in his arms as an instinct.

"You okay?"

You nodded slowly as tears stinged your eyes.

"I'm sorry if I scared you. The power went off out of nowhere, which scared me, and I-"

He hugged you tightly as you let your tears out.

"Ssssh, it's okay. You can't be scared, you have me. I'm like your knight in shining armor." He said cheerfully, trying to cheer you up a little.

"I'm lucky to have you." You mumbled as you hugged him tighter.

Ten minutes later

The two of you were sitting in the darkness, playing hide-and-seek (just being childish lol), when the lights turned back on. Your mood turned really sour. You were just starting to enjoy yourself with your boyfriend and all. He noticed you pouting, and switched all of the lights off. 

"You were enjoying this, huh? We can stay like this for as long as you want. I can even switch off the power box."

You smiled. "I was, but just leave them off. Don't switch off the power box, in case it short-circuited, and I'm broke."

"Alright alright."

After a while, you started to get tired. Your boyfriend gracefully scoops you up in his arms, and carries you to your bed. He tucks you in, gives you a good-night kiss, and shuts the door behind him. Sleepiness started to really catch up to you, and your eyes were shutting down. It took a while before your body finally drifted asleep.

~Four hours later~

1:00am

Sweat dripping down your face, your body jolted awake. Your breathing was heavy, and your face looked like it saw a ghost. You just woke up from a terrible nightmare. It was about your life as a child: bullied by other kids in school, mistreated by your mom, and poor grades. You thought that you would never be reminded again, but it came back to haunt you. 

You couldn't fall asleep after that. Your mind went into a spiral of emotions as it recalls those terrible memories you had to go through as a child. You were in a mixture of sadness and anger, wondering why does this have to happen to you. Your life was so perfect, ever since Kirishima walked into it. Now you can't imagine life without him.  

Two hours went by, and you still couldn't sleep. Your mind wouldn't shut up about what happened in the past. Without anything else to do, you walked into the living room. Kirishima was lying there, snoring as he was fast asleep. You quietly went to the couch, and slowly slept next to him, trying not to disturb him. However, you weren't sneaky enough, and he opened his eyes.

"What's wrong, pebble?" He looked at you worringly.

"I can't sleep...I had a terrible nightmare about my past, and my mind won't get off of it."

"Come here." He pulled you closer to him, his arms wrapped up around you. "Now you're safe here. With me."

You smiled, and your body relaxed, as you finally fell fast asleep by his side.
