Chapter 7

The next day I went to school with a cast on. Hayes ran up to me "what happened?!" "I broke my pinky" "how?!" "I punched Ryan and kind of broke his nose" I said looking at my shoes I looked back up at Hayes he was smiling "he deserves it"

"I gotta go see ya later" I walked to my locker and saw Aaron with a black eye I laughed "we got pretty beat up yesterday" I nodded I hugged him "you look pretty hot with a black eye" I said trying to get my books out of my locker "need help?" He smirked "that would be nice." He took my books out "were going to look so cute at prom" "I know right" I giggled.

After school Aaron and I sat in the living room and studied for our test. Then Brandon walked in "oh! Brandon this is Aaron." Aaron stood up and shook his hand. They both sat down. "Aaron I just want you to know that if you hurt Dani I will how they say...um hurt you. Hayes broke her heart and it killed me to see someone who I love get hurt. It seems to me that you're the type of guy I want my sister to date but I thought that about Hayes too so watch it."

I looked at Aaron and smiled "yeah he's THAT kind of brother". I kissed him "dont worry you're not Hayes you're better than him" I weakly smiled "I Hope so" he smiled I put my arms around his neck and pulled him into a kiss.

The next morning I got up and ready for school and slowly walked downstairs and sat in my ususal spot at the the table. Brandon gave me my breakfast, "did I scare him last night?" "no I told him not to be, because he's not Hayes" "but seriously Dani if he is, you're not allowed to date anymore" "ok that's a deal" I laughed. I got a text from Aaron
A: hey babe
D: wuts up
A: im not coming to school today
D: YOU'RE LEAVING ME ALONE!
A: I'm sorry I'm sick :/
D: its fine :'/
A: can u come take care of me after school? ;)
D: yeah of course :D ttyl I'll see u after school
A: k I love you
D: I love you too

When I got to school I walked to my locker as usual and saw someone leaning on it once I got close enough I saw who it was. It was Brad I rolled my eyes "really?" I muttered. He saw me and went in for the hug I lightly hugged him "I bet you're wondering what I'm doing here Dani." "I am" I said crossing my arms "well I'm here to ask you to prom for Ryan" he handed me a rose and a box of chocolate I handed it back to him "I have a date already" "who?!" "my boyfriend." I opened my locker and grabbed my books and walked away. a girl ran up to me, did you just turn down a prom invite from Ryan Blake?!?!" I nodded she looked at me in awe "what is wrong with you?!" "I have no idea" I laughed and walked into class.
