after a week

As the morning sun gently filtered through the curtains, Jungkook emerged from his slumber to the promise of a peaceful weekend. With the weight of office obligations lifted, he embarked on his morning routine, Jungkook rubbed his eyes as he entered the kitchen, greeted by the sight of Jimin and Yoongi already busy preparing breakfast. "Morning, guys," he said with a yawn.

"Morning, kookie!" Jimin chirped, flashing a bright smile. "Did you sleep well?"Jungkook nodded, pouring himself a glass of water. "Yeah, I did. It's always nice to catch up on sleep during the weekends."Yoongi glanced up from the stove, a mischievous twinkle in his eye. "Well, enjoy it while you can. Jimin and I have a big meeting today, so we won't be back until tomorrow night."Jungkook raised an eyebrow. "A big meeting, huh? Don't worry, I'll hold down the fort here."Jimin chuckled. "We know you will, Jungkook. Just remember, don't open the door at night, okay? And if anything feels off, call us immediately.""Don't worry, hyung," Jungkook reassured them, a playful grin spreading across his face. "I'll make sure to keep the ghosts at bay."Yoongi rolled his eyes, but there was a hint of amusement in his voice. "Just be careful, kookie. We don't want any ghostly shenanigans while we're gone."With a round of laughter, they finished their breakfast, and Jimin and Yoongi began preparing for their departure, leaving Jungkook to enjoy his weekend alone, albeit with a newfound sense of responsibility.

As Jimin and Yoongi bid their farewells and left for their important meeting, Jungkook found himself alone in the quiet house. He reassured them that he would be fine, but as the day progressed and night fell, a sense of unease began to creep over him.As he went about his evening routine, Jungkook couldn't shake the feeling that someone else was in the house with him. Every creak of the floorboards, every shadow dancing in the corners, seemed to heighten his senses.Despite his growing apprehension, Jungkook tried to distract himself. He watched some TV, played some games, but the feeling persisted. It wasn't until he was ready to go to bed that the presence made itself known. As Jungkook settled into bed, pulling the covers up to his chin, he felt it—a weight beside him, a warmth that wasn't his own. He froze, his heart pounding in his chest, too afraid to turn and look."Who's there?" he whispered, his voice barely audible in the darkness. There was no response, just the sensation of someone lying beside him, their presence comforting yet unnerving at the same time.Torn between fear and curiosity, Jungkook finally mustered the courage to turn his head, expecting to find... nothing. But to his surprise, he saw a faint outline, a shimmering figure beside him, its features indistinct yet somehow familiar."Hello?" Jungkook whispered again, reaching out tentatively. As his hand passed through the figure, a chill ran down his spine, but instead of recoiling, he felt a strange sense of calm wash over him. It was as if this presence, whatever it was, meant him no harm. With a mixture of trepidation and acceptance, Jungkook settled back into bed, the presence still beside him and he was feeling a warm safety that he had never experienced before. slowly he started to drift to his dream land without any concern about the world. As I woke up the next morning, the events of the previous night lingered in my mind like a hazy dream. The sensation of the presence beside me, both comforting and unsettling, replayed in my thoughts as I went about my morning routine.I brushed my teeth, splashed water on my face, trying to shake off the remnants of sleep and the strange encounter. But as I glanced at my reflection in the mirror, my heart skipped a beat. There, on my neck, was a vivid red mark—a hickey. My breath caught in my throat as I stared at it in disbelief, my mind racing to make sense of what had happened. How could I have gotten a hickey when I was alone in bed? Was it possible that the presence I felt last night was more than just a figment of my imagination?A shiver ran down my spine as I recalled the warmth and comfort of the mysterious figure beside me. Could it have been... a ghost? The thought sent a chill through me, but as I traced my fingers over the mark on my neck, I couldn't deny the undeniable reality of it. Whatever had happened last night, it had left a physical trace, a tangible reminder of the inexplicable encounter.I tried to push aside my apprehension, to convince myself that it was just a strange coincidence, but deep down, I couldn't shake the feeling that something supernatural had occurred. As I went about the rest of my day, the presence of the hickey served as a constant reminder of the mysteries that lurked in the shadows. And as I lay in bed that night, I couldn't help but wonder if the ghostly presence would return once more, bringing with it more questions than answers.
