Chapter 4

Class ended and we packed our things up and got ready to leave. I listen to some of the kids talking about karaoke. I look at Izuku who is looking at his phone. "The incident this morning is all over the net." He said. "I better get home so I can get my notes in order." I nodded my head and bent down to get my bag. I hear a scream from behind me. I quickly turned around and saw Bakugo with Izuku's notebook in his hand. "We ain't done here Deku," Bakugo said. "What's that Katsuki?" One of Bakugo's friends asked. "For my future? Seriously?! Midoriya..." "c-come on. Give it back!!" Izuku interrupted another kid. Bakugo rolled his eye and exploded Izuku's book the threw it out the window. I jumped into action dropping my bag and jumped out the window after it. I heard Izuku yell my name after I jumped. I spread out my wings and caught it. I looked up and I was close to the ground and I forgot to turn up and I flew straight into a pond. I sat up and looked up and saw Izuku with a worried look. I then heard a few explosions. I sighed and waited for him at the front door. I felt bad. After a while, he came out. I sat up and walked over to him a gave him his book back. "Thank you." He said quietly avoiding eye contact. "Are you okay?" I asked. He stayed quiet. "What did he say?" A few tears fell from his eyes that he was trying to hold back. "He told me to take a swan dive off the top of the roof." He said softly. I feel my blood begin to boil. "He can't do that! That is terrible! Don't you ever do that!" I feel a lump form in my throat and a tear goes down my cheek. "You are the nicest person I know! So don't ever do that! I can't lose another person I love!" He looks at me with shock then with a soft grin and grabs my hands and wipes away my tears. "I promise, I will never do that. I also promise to never leave you." I stop crying and he pulls me into a hug. "I'm sorry." I say that gets muffled in his shoulder. "You're fine, there is no need to be sorry." He replies, and I feel a warmth in my chest. I believe he would never leave me, and that I'll never be alone.
