I got home and went to my room with my cat following me. I clasped onto my bed exhausted with what the day had brought. Ready to close my eyes and sleep I hear the front door slam open and my father yell "I am here!" I rolled my eyes and tried to go to sleep but the deflated version of my father came into my room. " Bella?" I hear him say. I pretend to not hear him. "I'm sorry. I messed up a lot today and I don't know if you could forgive me." He said "That... friend of yours," he said. I could hear a little joy in his voice. "He is very resilient. I chose to give him One For All." I sat up quickly and looked at him. "Really! So he knows about one for all and you're giving it to him!" My eyes waters with joy and I ran to him to give him a hug. "Thank you for giving him this opportunity. You made his dreams come true." He hugged me back and smiled "You're welcome, I'm glad I could make you happy. No, get some sleep, you have school tomorrow." He pulled away from the hug and kissed my forehead. "I'll do my best from now on to be the best father ever. I promise." With that he closed the door and left. I went back to my bed and changed I'm to my sleep wear and crawled into bed. "Come here Bolt" I pat on my bed signaling for my cat to come to bed. Bolt was a grey cat with black stripes and white paws. I lay down and close my eyes and drift off to sleep.
