If my suspension is correct, which cone on when ever have have I got something wrong? Haha.... heh...

If this beatallis is from Khaenri'ah then pierro had to be the one who gave the gem to the queen. Then maby he can help me with finding out who I am or what I am.
But the only problem is how am I going to find pierro? I mean can't be that hard I haven't heard many story's of him being out and about.

If I recall he dose have an office not too far from my mother's bedroom which unfortunately is at the top of the mansion. Welp guess I get to work on my cardio.

I should sponge cake after this

After climbing walking up 80 steep and uneven steps I finaly made it to the top floor.  After taking a few deep and long breaths I began making my way down the long corridors towards pierro's office.
Once I arrived at the azul colourd and I knocked on the door twice...

"Enter" I heared a deep voice from behind the door granting me access to his office. I slowly opened the heavy door and closed it behind. "Hey uncle pierro... can I ask you something?" I slowly walked up to pierro's desk and sat on the chair parallel to him.

"Hello y/n its not often you visit me. Is there somthing wrong?" Pierro put his quill down and had his full attention on me.

"I discovered somthing while reading a book I found and I was wondering if I could ask somthing" I placed the book infront of the man and opened to page with the pink and blue gem. "Can you tell me if this crystal is from your homeland?"

Pierro took the book and read the description and analysed the sketch of the beatallis.

"Oh the beatallis, not heared that name if ages. This rare gemstone is indeed from my homeland. It contains power that can grant wishes, though the cost to the wielder is great"

"A cost?" I raised my eyebrow slightly

Pierro nodded and he rose from his chair and walked towards the window watching the frost on the window frame form as the night grew more frigid, "if I recall correctly, the bearer of the beatallis must sacrifice something of great value exchange for the granted wish. The higher the desire, the greater the cost..."

A lump formed in my throat. An exchange for a wish?  I can't help but think about what the queen sacrifice for a child.
"If was to... theoretically wish for somthing like a life form... what would I have to sacrifice?" Picked up the book and held it close to my chest.

Pierro looked suprised as i asked such a question, " The exact cost for a wish like that would vary depending on individual circumstances. Somthinh that the wisher values the most"

Somthing most valuable to the wisher? Did the queen have somthing precious enough to exchange for life?

"Uncle pierro.... what would have to be sacrificed to give life to another?"
