Summary - Autumn and Reece finally talk.

"The greatest gift our parents ever gave me was you"

It had been a while since Reece had spent some quality time with his sister. He had been serious when he said he wanted to make things up to her, and although he had taken her to dinner and a show he felt he still had a long way to go.

They had planned to go out to a local restaurant - it was one Reece had been to before. But he'd been struggling with food again recently, not that he'd told anyone. When he called Autumn and asked if she would be alright to just have dinner at his, he knew she knew why. He also knew that's why she said yes, in any other circumstance she would have told him where to shove that idea.

When he heard a knock at the door, Reece felt nervous. The siblings were still working on repairing their bond - they had lost so many years together. He answered to see Autumn looking, well, like Autumn and that was unamused at best.

"Big Brother...are you going to let me in or are we just going to stand on the doorstep?"

"Oh, sorry, yeah come in Aut" Reece stepped out of the way, allowing her to enter. He trailed behind her as she wandered into the lounge. Once she had chosen a suitable spot she sat down on the sofa gracefully. Autumn had always reminded Reece of a cat stalking its prey, it was just the way she moved around.

"I'm hoping you have wine?" Autumn raised her eyebrows as she fixed Reece with that infamous stare.

"Of course...I don't have a death wish, thanks very much" he replied as he went to retrieve a bottle and two glasses from the kitchen. He wasn't really much of a wine guy, but it made sense to match with his little sister tonight. He didn't have anything special planned for dinner, in fact it was just sandwiches. Reece knew that Autumn wouldn't care, but he hated the fact that she knew exactly why they were having them. His constant battle with food brought him great shame, despite knowing it shouldn't. Why couldn't he push through this? It made him feel weak and before he knew it, he was a teenager again, petrified to leave the table and feeling fit to burst.

He took the wine in for Autumn and over the next couple of hours, the siblings chatted generally, eating their sandwiches and avoiding anything other than small talk. It took Reece by surprise when Autumn looked him right in the eyes and carefully said,

"What's caused you to relapse? You've been doing well with your eating. Did something happen?"

A/N - Is this an interesting concept guys? Do we want to see more of these two and what they have to say to each other?
