AN HOUR HAD past since the two fell into silence. Carlos took a few more pictures of her or the sky, but eventually stopped, rather resting his head on Adora's chest. He planned on doing it more often, now that he felt how comfortable it is. It was his first time, that his really soft side came to sight. A side of him, none of his exes wanted to see, but Adora didn't care, as it seemed, it was more like she enjoyed it.

"Am I your boyfriend? Like, we never clarified anything." Carlos mumbled into the blanket, which laid over them, to keep the cold air away from them.

"Oh, yeah. There's no getting loose of me now, ha!" The royal answered, scratching her fingers through his really soft hair. "Now I can finally start showering you in flowers and stuff."

"You don't need to do that. That's too expensive!"

"I do, you're my girlfriend, I'll spoil you all I want." Carlos said, propping on one arm. "Do you want to go back inside?"

The two returned back inside, falling asleep rather quickly and while Adora had some weird dream about sharks and flowers, Carlos dreamt about the woman in his arms, not that he would ever mind seeing her even longer before his eyes.

"Carlos! Wake up, love!" A voice said, softly shaking Carlos by his shoulder. "Dori, no."

"Carlos." Again a hand softly shook his shoulder, to wake him up. Now more awake than previously, he opened one eyes, to look at his girlfriend. "I'm leaving. Papá called me and asked me to come back. I don't know if something happened. I call you later!"

Now sitting up, more awake, he opened another eye. "Call me if anything happens. Should I bring you?"

"No, you need your sleep, before you travel. The palace send a car, should be here in 5." Bending down, she first pecked his lips, before pressing them against his head. "Go back to sleep, mi amor. You have a flight later to Baku. Text me when you land, I don't know if I can call then, yes?"

"I'll text you, when I land, I promise." Carlos said, hugging and kissing Adora again, before letting her leave. Carlos did not went back to sleep, but instead got up and went for a short run around his neighborhood. And he didn't put the 'Do-Not-Disturb' Mode, which was unusual, because it does annoy him how many messages he gets and that they all getting played over his headphones, so that, if Adora would call or text, he would know immediately what was happening. No message or call came.

The reason that no message or call came, was that Adora was, together with her brother and their parents she was in the hospital, waiting for either results or the doctor to tell them what they would do.
