At night, at school:
Yui:I found one!
[ Yui picks up the receiver and looks around nervously. She finds Kanato standing right beside her.]
Yui:Ah! K-Kanato, you're still here.
Kanato:Yui, don't you understand why I'm here?
Yui:Huh?
Kanato:I'm thirsty. So is Teddy. Say, Teddy? What do you think of Yui for being so callous?
Yui:I-I'm sorry. All right, I'll go buy you something. I'm sorry, Teddy.
Kanato:Would you please not address my Teddy as though you know him? I am the only companion he needs. Isn't that right, Teddy?
Yui:O-Oh, I didn't know. Anyway, I'll be right back.
Sometime later, at school:
Yui:Here, I bought you coffee.
[ Kanato smacks the coffee out of Yui's hands.]
Yui:Ow!
Kanato:I prefer things that are sweet! I hate things that are bitter like coffee! Why can't you see that?!
Yui:That's no reason to throw it on the floor.
Kanato:Don't talk back to me! You are a worthless human and have no right!
[ Emily was walking around the school during her free period when she heard a crash and went to see what happend.]
Emily:Is everyone ok? I heard a crash.
Yui:[ rolls eyes] Great the bitch is here.
[ Kanato glares at Yui and then runs to hug Emily.]
Kanato:Yui got me a drink that isn't sweet then yelled at me for throwing it on the floor.
Emily:Well it would have been better if you threw it in the trash but I can see why you were mad. You love sweets and expected her to know that. And she shouldn't have yelled at you.
Kanato:Are you mad?
Emily:No i'm not mad. How about this, i'll get you a new drink.
Kanato:Really!
Emily:[ smiles] Of course!
[ Emily got Kanato a drink that was sweet but not too sweet.]
Emily:[ hands Kanato the drink] Here you go.
[ Kanato takes the drink from Emily's hands and takes a sip.]
Kanato:It's delicious.
Emily:I'm glad. Well I hate to leave but i need some fresh air.
[ Emily waves goodbye to Kanato while she walks away to get some fresh air on the roof
At night, on the roof:
Laito:I love you. Forever and ever and ever. Whether you desire it or not, I have never forgotten you even for an instant. I remember your voice, your scent... your everything.
[ Laito takes a deep breath.]
Emily:Laito is that you?
[ Laito looks over to see Emily.]
