heroes kneel down

hello old friend

"ugh, will you stop this! Now!" Star yelled.
"Never! You deserve to die!" Amber yelled back.
The two fly around each other in the sky, their sidekicks on the ground below them looking up watching carefully, this was the third time this week, and it was only Wednesday! Nick, star's sidekick, rolled his eyes and looked at Sam, amber's sidekick, and spoke quietly so the fighting hero and villain didn't hear them talking.
"You wanna get a coffee? They're gonna be here a while.." he said.
"Um sure, why not, can't hurt" Sam smiled.
The two link arms and strole down the street to the nearby coffee shop, making sure to stay where they could see the other two.
"Who's gonna back off first today, I'm betting on star, amber was crazy mad earlier" Sam said, blowing on his coffee.
"Uhm I dunno, star has been obsessing all night" nick laughs.
Suddenly amber throws star into a nearby wall and kneels by her breathlessly.
"Now. Now I will kill you." Amber raises her sword to stars neck.
Sam and nick roll their eyes and stand up to intervene.
Sam taps amber's shoulder, "hey boss, um I need your attention a second"
Amber snaps around at him "WHAT! CANT YOU SEE IM BUSY!"
Sam nods "yeah sorry boss, but um it's serious"
While Sam distracted amber, nick drags star away. Amber turns back and sees star is gone, she groans and storms off, back home, with Sam following behind, Waving to Nick who was hiding behind a wall.

At home amber gets out of her uniform and lays down, Sam sits next to her.
"I hate you. And your stupid boyfriend!" Amber hissed.
Sam smiles and strokes her hair gently "I know"
"Why'd you do that for! I had her! I could have killed her!" Amber rolls over to look at Sam.
"Because I don't want my little sister to end up dead. You know if you kill her the team of heroes will come for you! Bambi you know mom wants me to keep you safe." Sam sighs, seeing his sister's sadness.
"Don't call me that! My name is AMBER!" she groans.
"No. Your villain name is Amber, your REAL name is bambi and while I call you amber outside, in our home I call you, your real name!" Sam stood up, this was always a sensitive subject because amber hated her name but Sam thought it was adorable.
"But-" amber tries to protest but is cut of by Sam.
"No. Give it up. Your name is bambi end of story." Sam snapped but sighed when he saw the hurt in his sister's eyes, he sits on the sofa next to her and hugs her close.
"Sorry for yelling.." he mumbled
"It's okay, sorry for being stubborn" she sighed
"Please don't go fighting again tomorrow, I don't think either of you could keep it up at this pace.." Sam pleads.
Amber silently nods and falls asleep.

Nick patches star up and heals all her wounds, she sits up and sighs.
"I don't get what her problem is!" She growled.
"Calm down, we saved you didn't we?" Nick said.
"Yeah but what if next time you don't! Why does she wanna kill me I don't get it!" Star grumpily stands and paces back and forth the room.
"Sky sit down please" Nick sighed.
"Nick! I'm still in my uniform so you address me as Star or Star-fly! My hero name!" She protests.
"Oh c'mon! We're at home! Nobodys gonna know!" Nick rolled his eyes.
Star sighed and walked over to her room to get changed. After a few minutes she comes out in her pajamas, she makes a bowl of cereal and sits on the sofa.
"Wanna watch a movie?" She suggested.
Nick nods and smiles as he puts on a film on the massive tv.

Amber waits for Sam to fall asleep, grinning she stands up and sneaks to her room, she gets changed into all black with her villain mask, she quietly sneaks out of the house leaving Sam asleep on the sofa completely oblivious, she makes her way down the road to her destination, she follows a map she's been tracking this for months now, as she arrives at the place she looks around and sees a open window.

After a few hours the movie ends and start yawns before standing up and smiling at Nick.
"I'm going to bed now, cya in the morning!" She smiles before walking to her room and closing the door, turning to switch on the light. The bright glow reveals someone on the bed. Star wants to scream but she just stares as she realises who it is she stands frozen by the door unable to move, amber slowly stands and walks over the her stroking her cheek and grinning.
"Hello old friend." She laughs.
"Amber...I...w-how..how'd you find where I live?" Star stutters.
"Simple, you take the same route after every battle. All I had to do was hack into the city's security camera's and boom." Amber grins.
"Oh...I didn't realise it was that easy..Bambi.." star grins and now it's amber's turn to panic.
"W-what did you just call me.." she stammered back.
Star grins "Bambi. I finally put the puzzle together. Finally I understand."
