Dolores pov
I opened my eyes and saw was blinded by a bright light and unfamiliar faces, "Hey stay awake! Ok we're almost to the operation room. Babies going to be all good." I realized in a hospital on a bed being pushed down a hall.
"WHERE AM I WHERE ARE THE OTHERS" She turned and smiled "Playing with the rest of us." i couldn't move and her face started to change like those things
"... Dolores... Dolores!" i shot up from my sleep and i looked around to see the house i had entered last night and the some of the towns people. "The sun is up, you should go get some breakfast there's a small elementary school we use as a dining hall."
I got up and sighed and walked back to my ranch to change clothes and see if my animals were still alive.
I had bathed and changed clothes in my own home and i stood back at the window just standing there,
A knock at my door scared me causing me to come back, walking down stairs to check to the door i look over at my door and see the symbol carved into it. "what the fuck-"
"Hey! Uh the door to the cabin is locked we need clothes." I opened the door and saw June. Yea sorry i'll open it for you, is it ok if i look for something in the cabin?" he nodded and i grabbed the spare keys to head over. "What are you looking for?" I didn't know how to answer for a moment but as i opened the door exactly what i looking for was open on the floor.
"This journal. Did any of you touch it?" they looked at each other and all shook their heads i bent down and grabbed it "it's ok, it's just it was put away in a old dresser in the locked room upstairs."
They nodded and ran off to change as i looked through the journal.
I put it in the pocket of my overalls and i walked back to the ranch where i checked on all my animals and counted, all here 12 chicken 1 rooster, 4 cows 1 bull, 4 goats 1 billy. Most important my horse, Honey.
I walked over to her in her stable where she looked spooked and happy to see me, "Hey Honey , how are you? i walked over and pet her and opened her door to eat and drink water. While she was eating i heard foot steps and turned to see June again, he looked a little different his long hair now in a updo as a bun and him wearing regular clothes "Do you really believe that were stuck here?" he looked like he had been thinking about it all night "I'm not too sure, they said that they had only really tried through the dirt roads and with cars so it's hard to say."
"I'm going to explore the town and see what i can find." He stood there quiet for a little "can i come along? i just need to know where we are".
Once honey had finished i hoped on her and looked over at June, "I've never gotten on a horse before, i-"
"Put your foot in there and push yourself up" i held my hand out to him to grab on and he hopped up.
"Where are we going first?" She walked onto the dirt road and started riding the way out of town "we're going to see what happens"
