I FELT SILLY!!!
Warnings: my shitty poem, gay gay gay, SIGZAII

A king, sitting upon his throne, bored and annoyed by the silence in the chamber before them. They had no one to speak with- nor anyone to be friends with. Even his own subjects didn't speak to him. He sighed, standing up, and walking to his balcony, only to see a group of people chatting and laughing together. A group of friends, chatting and laughing, having a good time. And that was all they wanted. But at the same time, it was what he so desperately wanted. Being king wasn't fun. Especially when you were a hyper 22 year old forced to be serious? Have responsibilities? Nonsense. He groaned frustratedly, leaning his chin upon his hand as he continued to watch the group of friends, sighing softly as he realised he will never have that. He has no friends, being king sucks. But then, he noticed something - or someone. A man was sitting alone near the group, writing something in a notebook. He was.. different. Dazai stared at him with a gentle smile and tilted his head. He looked.. strange, yet.. pretty interesting. His hair was split in halves in a beautiful way, he was wearing formal clothing to match his features, and his eyes showed how hard he was concentrating. What was he writing, though? Whatever it was, it piqued Dazai's interest- and he wanted to know. It was either this, or sit in boredom. He chose this. He climbed down the balcony and began walking in the direction of the guy, looking left and right for any guards or servants. When there was none, he continued onwards, his smile widening as he got closer to the man. He looked.. really pretty up close, and his writing.. he couldn't stop staring at it and at him. He wanted to get to know him- and he was gonna do just that. "Hello there! What'cha writing?" The king inquired, causing the male to flinch at the sudden voice. The man looked up from his notebook, surprised to see the king in-front of him. He felt his cheeks heat up in embarrassment as he quickly shut his notebook. He looked up at Dazai, still slightly panicked. "Ah! Ah.. your highness-! May I help you with anything?" He asked, feeling slightly intimidated by his presence.

Dazai smiled slightly as he chuckled lowly at the mans nervousness, finding it cute how he would react. "No need to be so formal with me, and please," he stated, his eyes gleaming with mischief. "Call me Dazai." He requested, as he sat in-front of the man, his eyes glancing at his notebook curiously. The man widened his eyes as he saw Dazai sit in-front of him, clearly interested in what was in his notebook. He swallowed the saliva in his throat as his cheeks got flushed with embarrassment. He hesitantly let him see his notebook, looking anxious as he didn't want to mess up in-front of the king- no, Dazai. "Is there anything you want to... talk about..?" Sigma inquired, still not getting why the king would talk to him of all people, a worthless poet? For some reason, Dazai found himself interested in this poet. His pretty, mismatched hair, grey eyes that sparkle when in light, the way his cheeks looked when he blushed in embarrassment.. he found himself intrigued in him. He smiled slightly and shook his head. "No, nothing in particular.." he stated softly. "But, what are you writing in your notebook, hm? Is it a story? A poem?" He inquired, tilting his head as he smirked lightly. Sigma's cheeks grew flushed once more as he noticed how the king was staring at him, seeming intrigued by him. He gulped softly, feeling a bit anxious at his presence. He looked up at him as he asked what he was writing. He paused, hesitant to answer at first, before answering. "I.. yes. I am writing a poem. Do you want to.. read it?" he asked, looking anxious as he asked. Dazai's eyes lit up as he heard Sigma say he was writing a poem, and that he wanted him to read it. His smirk widened into a genuine smile as he nodded. "Why of course. I'd love to." He replied, his voice being soft and warm. He held out a hand, silently telling Sigma to hand over his notebook and allow Dazai to read it.

'Wanted Freedom'

'The autumn leaves dance
The leaves beginning to fall down towards us
"Birds!"
You whispered, staring with glee
If only you could see
How much I wished
I could be free
Just like your so-called "birds"
The doves fly by, migrating to their new homes
"Leaves!"
You whisper again, the smile planted
But that wasn't what was wanted
What I always wanted
It was freedom
Just freedom from your kingdom.'

(I made this poem, I'm so cool for real!!)
