" NENE , NAMI "It was currently Monday, early in the morning. It had been two days since Horace's birthday and she had not heard about him since. She tried not to think about it, but the fact that he reacted the way he did bothered her. She let out a low sigh before sitting up on her bed.
"Everything okay?" Lena asked, who was already awake, getting ready to leave for her first class. Naomi smiled and nodded her head in response. "Please don't tell me you're thinking about that dick." Lena said making Naomi look the other way, hiding under the comforter.
"I really think it's time you let him go. I know it's your choice and you're going to do what you want. But, just look at everything he's done wrong. There's definitely more bad than good. Okay?" Lena said, making Naomi nod.
"Plussss, you have Kentrell." Lena said with a smile creeping on her face making Naomi throw a pillow off her bed, towards her direction.
"And he sent his homeboy to get you? He is sprung girl." Lena added making Naomi smile under her comforter.
"Trevon would kill him if he didn't help." Naomi responded making Lena roll her eyes, throwing the pillow back. Naomi groaned as she threw the comforter off her head. "Lena, you really think Kentrell is better than Horace."
Lena snorted, adjusting her lash. "He not going to be perfect, Nami. But compared to Horace? It's like night and day. Horace treats you like shit, and Kentrell at least seems to care about you."
Naomi sighed, running a hand through her messy hair. "It's not that simple. Horace has been there for me too, you know it. He wasn't always like this."
"Yeah, but how long has he been treating you bad?" Lena shot back. "Let's list it out, shall we? Pros of dating Kentrell: he's protective, literally kill for you, he's hot and he's got millions. And cons of dating Horace? Where do I even start?"
