As the sun rose through the horizon, it tainted the sky with a bright red and orange gradient.

Simultaneously, all of the floodlights of New Subic Bay (A heavily Modernized version of Subic Bay) Reveal the entire expedition fleet, in formation.

The class of ships ranges from:

Rizal class Destroyers,

Goyo Amphibious Assault Ships,

Hermosa Cruisers,

Juan Luna supply ships,

Katipunan Nuclear Submarines.

And lastly, Intramuros Nuclear Aircraft Carriers.

All of the expedition fleet then left Subic Bay, the expeditionary force was split into four groups, the north group, the west group, the east group, and the south group. All group has two expeditionary fleets so they could have a wider range.

--------- Aaron POV

A few days after the departure, I could feel myself getting more bored by the second.

I thought to myself as I hung my arms over the railings of the Amphibious Assault Ship.

"Come on, cheer up mate!" Bryan looked at me with a smile.

Surprisingly, his battle camouflage uniform is ironed today, and that never happened. "Are you that bored that you ironed and cleaned your uniform?"

"Hey! I was using my free time to the best of my abilities okay?"

"Geez, how long is this? How long have we been sailing?"

"Five days," Darren said as he leaned over to the railing beside me.

"Well, it felt like a century." I sighed.

"Mate, be careful, your glasses might fall into the water."

"Don't worry, I brought an extra replacement." He nudges his glasses causing them to fall to the water. "Shit."

"Well, I guess you have to take care of your last glasses like it's your child." Bryan left with a laugh.

"I got to admit, that's pretty funny," Darren added.

I gazed upon the horizon and noticed us heading towards a storm.

"Ooh boy, finally some drama."

Darren slapped me in the back, "Do not put up red flags like that!"

"Relax, one of the carrier strike groups is escorting us to the west, what could go wrong?"

"I said stop the red flags!"

----- Third Person Perspective POV

As the fleet entered deep into the roaring storm, waves reached over 11 meters in height, and the wind was powerful enough to make some plastic furniture fly off the ships.

Each of the captains of the ship (excepting the aircraft carrier one) advice everyone to stay indoors, and so everyone did.

Well almost everyone, as Aaron was still outside, apparently recording the scenario.

"Normal weather in the Philippines be like," he said as he recorded a video of himself, the background is in a foggy effect due to the heavy rainfall reducing visibility.

Suddenly, the water became blood-red, Aaron rubbed his eyes as if he were seeing things right, and he was.

He took his radio: "This is Sierramadre-1 I don't know if I am seeing this correctly, but the water is colored blood red, could you guys confirm this?"
