Dear Reader,
Hi, it's me, Peyton. If you haven't read the first book, Opening UP, then you don't know my story before this first chapter. At sixteen, I had my daughter; she's a beautiful little ten-year-old now. This story is about my life, and man, the last ten years don't even come close to holding a candle to this year.
When all is said and done, I know that my life has changed in ways that no one will understand, but as you read this, just remember life doesn't always have a happy ending.
To my readers,
At first, I wanted it to be a four-part series, but I realized that not everyone will want to read each book, so I've done my best to make them stand alone. However, in doing that, there are spoilers for other books. Honestly, the spoilers aren't that big of a deal until the very last book, which is still being written.
I always want to share too much information about the books and spoil the ending, so I will try to avoid doing that.
